   I had the worst experience with this travel agency. After l paid for the full tickets, they said the flight has gone up. I asked for refund, they want to deduct 300 pounds cancellation fee. I did not cancel but have been inconvinienced. They never issued me with the tickets but want the money. What a rip off. I warn those who trust them. They are not nice at all. They are ok when they advertise. Once you pay you are in trouble. Book at your own risk.
