I had booked my parent ticket from them, last march during covid airIndia cancelled the returned flights to the UK as India was in lockdown, air India changed the returned flight but kept cancelling the flights as both country was in lockdown . after many attempts to book flights I had to purchase another ticket to the get my parents back to the UK. so when I request for the refund I am been told that air India need to refund me, and when spoken to air India they told me the travel agent needs to refund the money, its been over a year I still haven't got my refund, the amount of time I have sent emails to Ali in the accounts and Kanji ,both of them are not helping they are just making excuses via emails, but no one calls me. they are not professional have a poor customer service, asking me to repeat my self on every email chain ,when I called the customer service number, I had to go through all these prompts that got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my refund.
Our flight tickets were booked through Cruxton Travel , Harrow, UK and due to the Covid 19 pandemic they were cancelled. The team were extremely helpful and supportive in dealing with refund and it was done with no hassle. All our money was safely refunded within a very short period of time. My family and I had a holiday booked for the the beginning of April. Then the world got hit by Covid-19. I was really humbled by the empathy, humanity and hard work the team at Cruxton including Yusuf, Shafiq and Ali did to get my family and a refund very quickly. They were very professional and even though they were no doubt handling huge numbers of cancellations with very little news business coming in, they were very communicative. My extended family who had booked the same flights as us through a popular online agency had a very different experience. They were unable to get any responses and had to resort to getting their credit card company to charge back their flight cost.
