   One of his agent contacted me and issued tickets for my family once i verified with airlines i have my booking there but not e-tickets issued, they didn’t paid to airline once I contacted to skylord agency they said they have my booking but their sub agent didn’t paid so they can’t issue e-tickets for me. Here i lost almost 2600 pounds Even they don’t know who is their sub agent… THEY ARE SCAMMERS Reply to owner skylord travel Thank you for responding Emirates confirmed my booking reserved by SKYLORD TRAVEl which is your company, and your sub agent TRAVEL FLIGHT made booking to you then how do you given access to book my tickets behalf of your company ?? I made payment because i got confirmation tickets issued from SKYLORD TRAVEL So now you are responsible for this … Even this morning i contacted your agency to pay for this trip because i don’t want to disappoint my family members…but your employee refused for this and he suggested i need to contact that scammer again… Very nice sir Thank you

   I wish I could give zero stars to Skylord Travel. I purchased flight tickets from the UK to Turkey last October (2019) with Thomas Cook, just before they went bankrupt. The flights with Thomas Cook were cancelled, however Skylord Travel never did me the courtesy to inform me that my flights were cancelled, I had to make last moment purchases and arrangements, and when I contacted them to make a claim for a refund, they informed me that I will receive my money in three months or so. It is now June 2020, 9 months after my flights were cancelled, and I am yet to receive any update from Skylord Travel. All of my attempts to contact them went to pot. I have been kept for hours on their automatic machines before being hang up on. All of my efforts to get back my money, for services I never received have been ignored. I would NOT recommend Skylord Travel to ANYONE and I will NEVER use them again. Skylord Travel were quick to take my money and it came to honouring my customer rights they simply disappeared.

   We bought tickets from the agency. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the ticket was cancelled and the refund should have been issued. it has been 7 weeks and I do not know where is the refund. I spoke to the airline and they said the money was refunded on 12th march 2020. today is 27th april. I guess the guy below is right. they take ages in refund plus we do not have any information from them best to avoid the agency

   Excellent customer service. Very competitive I would really recommend Sky lord to all my family and friends. Unfortunately I've just had a bereavement in my.family and need to amend a flight date so let's see if they are able to help me out this morning. Friendly staff and very quick.
