   WARNING DO NOT USE !!! communication stopped !! just been advised by British Airways flight cancelled due to NON PAYMENT by BLUEBERRY TRAVELS !! Blueberry travels breach of contract 12K stolen !!! 2 yrs of direct debits gone and bank say indemnity no good Recorded delivery Letter requesting for full refund due to breach of contract 17/01/24, for by BLUEBERRY 14 days and waiting no response Letter before action from solicitors sent and no response Blueberry travels website shut down !!! Still no phone response Called sister companies and they day james will call back he never does. Also say they are going into liquidation but nothing on ATOL or companies house Legal, trading standards, action fraud started against BLUEBERRY TRAVELS LTD

   Fraudulent documents provided and to date no refund , now refusing to correspond. Horrendous experience with family left standing at the check in desk at Xmas time with no flights. Also , the positive reviews here all appear to be Bots IMO so I would be cautious of there authenticity

   AVOID!! Terrible company! Never had such bad service. Stolen our money!! We booked our wedding/honeymoon in 2021 and knew the rate would go up slightly as we booked in advance before the rates came out. After chasing and chasing them for several months for the correct rate they came back 6 months before the travel date and increased the price by £2500! 25% more than the original quote. By law they have to refund us the full amount if the increase is more than 8% if we choose not to proceed. Requested our money back and they refused trying to charge us £1200 cancellation fees! They are now not taking our calls, replying to emails or letters and have our £5000! Thieves!! We are now taking legal action against the company to get OUR £5000 back!! Avoid at all costs!!

   The most horrible experience of my life. My outbound journey was cancelled, then reinstated just before the boarding was closed. Now it seems that my inbound journey is cancelled, and despite my many emails to Blueberry Travels nobody has had the decency to let me know what is going on. I am stuck in Melbourne and the whole trip has been spoiled by this dark cloud and Blueberry's unprofessional silence. I have given one star rating simply because there is no 0 star. Shame on you Blueberry Travels. Gallant Warrior

   Bad experience they never furnished me with information regards to transit visa I loss over £500 on my ticket. I couldn’t travel on that morning I had to buy another ticket to Lagos. Shambolic service they almost ruined my holiday to Nigeria 2021.

   This company helped my partner and I when easy jet and the company I booked with didn't care less. Easy jet cancelled our flight 20 minutes before we were due to flight out to our friends wedding. I was quite distressed, James calmed me down, sorted out new flights when we and easyjet couldnt find any available. Would highly recommend this company and we will be looking to book with them in the future.

   We have recently returned from the Maldives after booking through Blueberry Travels. The service we have received has been outstanding. James who was available by phone right up to us boarding our flight at 9.30pm on a Sunday evening. He then even messaged us to make sure we had arrived safely in the Maldives and we were happy with everything. Blueberry Travels took care of everything, from start to finish, they have been amazing. We will certainly book with them again and would not hesitate in passing their details to friends and family. Thank you James, our holiday to the Maldives was absolute paradise and we did not worry about anything because you took care of everything possible.
