Called for a quote on a holiday, first time contacting Southall travel. Employee was very rude, had a bad attitude and thought it was ok to raise his voice. Dealt with many travel companies before, never witness such TERRIBLE service and attitude. Would not recommend.

I used this company previously, I specifically asked when booking my flight, I can pay the deposit and have until 2 weeks before departure to clear the balance, I got a sheepish, yeees, I should have know then to hang up the call. The ticket itself cost 1600 for a return flight, economy, I was then informed the ballance was due to be paid in by the mid October, I had just booked it at the beginning of October! which I could not afford, I have now lost 400 pounds of deposit and have had to book, can you believe it, the same flight for 830 pounds! WOULD NOT USE, they lied about the deposit and when the balance payment is due and then double the ticket price somehow instead of going direct, when questioning about the balance I was received with the lovely response of, its all in black and white. No offer to help or anything just that response, says enough..

I do not recommend this company. The company has sister companies with travel trolley and Fly Sharp both of which offered abysmal customer service and messed me and my father around. Problems started when the company didn’t confirm my father’s ticket and didn’t follow up with us on what was causing this problem. This required me to constantly ring up the company to find out about my ticket which they should have sorted. After ringing everyday for 1 week, I was told that my father’s ticket was cancelled and that I had to pay £300 for the ticket to be confirmed. This is absolutely disgusting, if the flight was cancelled the next day from when I bought it, there would be no problem. However, taking 1 week to cancel the flight meant ticket prices increased all round and this didn’t allow me to shop elsewhere. Due to the company’s incompetence, I had to call the company constantly, while on my breaks at work to figure out this situation. In the end I was disgusted as they wanted me to pay an extra £200 to confirm the flight and kept saying it was impossible to keep the flight. After telling them I would publish negative reviews on all their sites they finally gave me the ticket. What I find disgusting is the way they delay customers flight confirmation by a week, forcing them to make contact with the company, for them to have the right to charge £200 extra for a flight is disgusting and wrong. I sincerely do not recommend Southall Travel and would urge you to look for different options to save you hassle and money.

They are very reliable travel agents as booking with them for years now. I need to change my ticket 4 times during the pandemic while I was abroad but always just emailed them to call and they responded. Prices are also very competitive and no dramas at all. Highly recommended

I think Southall travel are brilliant. Their prices are more often than not better than other agents. I usually go to Dubai and regularly book my flights and hotels with them. Recently I booked hotel only with an agent by the name of Sparsh, and I was extremely impressed with his genuine care, exemplary customer service and the excellent price he got me. The rates he quoted me were cheaper than companies like Destination2, Best @ Dubai and Travel Up. I would not hesitate to book with them!

Southall Travel, also known as Flysharp and Travel Trolley have written to say they will look at our Booking again. Hopefully they will refund our £725.52, or put towards a new flight. They have written nicely on Google saying they are sorry, and asked for our Invoice number - which I have supplied, but I’ve still not heard from them. I will keep you updated, but do read this before you book a flight with any of their companies. It hasn’t been easy or straightforward - and they still have our £725.52!
