    I wish I could give 0 stars, unfortunately you can’t. Please do not waste your hard earned money on buying tickets from Jas Travels. If Jas or his brother Paramjit from Advanced heating call you and ask to do electrical or plumbing work, refuse to do it. Paramjit goes under the name Gill. Paramjit will say he gives you a guarantee that Jas will pay and then Jas does not pay the builder. Once the work is completed Jas will not even acknowledge the payment that needs to be made to the builder. When the builder gets back in touch with Paramjit asking about his payment for the completed work, Paramjit will just say what can I do, I’m stuck in the middle. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

    Refused to refund a ticket which was refundable and then only partially refunded it. On querying it further with the airline they explained I was entitled to more. I took this up with Jas travels and they then refunded a little more, not my full entitlement. They have lost my trust and very disappointed in their lack of customer service and empathy for the situation. Would never use them again .

    My late grandma used them back in days and self have used them previously. Very happy with the lady at front desk and jass ji too. Quick service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend using them in future.

    I have used their services before, and they were helpful. On this occasion, I needed indian visa for my family, I called them, and they quoted me £250 each 5 year visa application. I called someone else just to get another price, and they quoted me £110. I called another travel agent, and they quoted me £120. I made 3 applications, and they would cost me £420 more. Even if they charged me £130 I still would have used jas Travel because i used them before, but £140 more on each application is pure greed. SORRY STAY AWAY.
