DO NOT USE! my daughter and her little family booked to take the kids on their first holiday abroad and due to covid the holiday was cancelled… they STILL haven’t received a refund!! Awful!!

This company a joke still not got My refund from a cancellation on my hoilday in 2021 cannot contact them and emails are a joke because they always respond with them same email back they don't read emails at all they took teletext holidays over so do ya job and give me my refund back
I booked a holiday with tele txt 2021 truly travel emailed to say holiday was taken over by them it will go ahead as planed . 6 days before holiday I managed to get hold of someone after being cut off 1000 times to say I need my confirmation. I get email send to say hotel cancelled send bank details for refund that’s it no explanation no offer of another hotel. I phoned the hotel they said truly travel cancelled 7 mths previous ! They won’t answer my emails or call . I’ve lost a holiday , no refund . I’ve put a claim in aol . If you do speak to someone only thing you get is a name Debbie no other . I asked for my document mths ago to be told you receive a week before you go . These people are scammers robbing hard working people . If your owes money good luck . Claim on aol I believe it has to be done before oct 2022 . Avoid them at all cost . Liars scammers
Worse company going, we booked a holiday with them including transfers when we arrived there was no transfer for my disabled wife and I so had t pay for a taxi to take us to the hotel, when we got back home I rang truly travel for a refund and we have been unable to get our money back, we have been trying for the last 6 weeks and all we get is it will be in next week avoidcompany as they are con perch
Totally disgraceful also trade as Tele text holidays no customer service at all take your money then ignore you. Good luck if they owe you money ! They lie cheat and deceive at every opportunity. DON'T USE THEM
