I mean this is false agency. They just gather money from people without service. I'm waiting still for money from refundable flight
"Terrible experience with this Euroasia travel agency services. The person who was handling my case is Oscar he is one of their team member. They promised the world but delivered nothing. I hired them to prepare documentation for a visa application, and they failed to deliver. They selected a country of their own choice . Despite being a straightforward case, my application and my friend application were both refused due to their errors. And then they still don’t admit their mistakes. Infact they are offering uss tp give them a second chance with discounts so we can trust them again and gave them money again. Their lack of attention to detail and unprofessionalism were appalling. We were left with a huge loss of time and money. I would strongly advise against using their services. They are not competent and are likely to ruin your chances of a successful application.
Group of dishonest men looking to take advantage from people that don't speak the language. They know how to talk and could possibly talk you out of your rights. Avoid at all costs.
Incredible! My excellent advisor Samraiz provided us with the best customer experience out of any other travel advisor I've used before. The lengths their team have gone through in providing the exact information I require from streamlined Visa applications to ensuring we had the exact required documentation for our trips during travel restrictions has been beyond perfect! As someone that's not used them before, I can honestly say I'll be using them again for our future trips, especially through their advisor Samraiz who is more like a friend to us now!
Very bad customer service. Spoke to Nazi about a package deal. She said she would get back to me with hotels in 15 minutes. I didn't receive anything, after an hour I called her, to which she said she has a customer and will call me in 5 minutes. I didn't get any call. After 1 hour and a half, I called her, to which she said the package is ready and she gave me the hotel names. I called her again to tell her that I did not like any of the hotels she recommended. To which she said that she will WhatsApp me images of the hotels and that I should not trust google. When she would have clearly gotten the images off the internet as well. Anyway, it has been a day now, and I have received nothing from her. If you don't want to provide any service then just say it, stop wasting peoples' time! I do not recommend this travel agency!

My father purchased a ticket from them, they sold him a ticket that is not flexible for date change & lied to me after I contacted them that European flights to Middle East are all none changeable or refundable , a blatant lie & insult to my intelligence. Worst customer service experience & business practice where cheating clients & leaving them to fend for themselves is the moto of the company. There is special place in hell for people like you.
