   Lauren from Tui in Woking gave an excellent service when I was unable to check in online prior to my holiday . Due to the cyber attack I was getting very nervous that I was unable to log in online, so I phoned my local branch in Woking . Even though I hadn’t booked through the branch, Lauren immediately helped- not only for the outward flight but I also emailed her during the end of my holiday and she kindly checked in and issued the boarding passes again . Nothing was too much trouble and she was very polite, professional and courteous. Thankyou very much - I will come to you rather than online next time! I should’ve done that in the first place!

   My wife and I called in the local "Tui" store yesterday in the hope of arranging a holiday during the October half term holiday. We had a long list of preferences which didn't phase Holly who was very kind, professional and patient. We were shown a number of options, in various locations and eventually settled on a hotel in Tenerife which looks ideal for our us. I simply wish to acknowledge the excellent service we received. Our timing was not great in that it was well into lunch break time by the time we left - nevertheless we were not hurried to make decisions and Holly made us feel like valued customers. If our holiday proves as enjoyable as the booking process we shall be well pleased.

   THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO DONT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. STAY AWAY FROM WOKING TUI AGENTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only were they not able to find my booking. They never followed up after I left their store in Woking being very disappointed that my summer vacation was not going to happen. I proceeded to book myself on British Airways holidays. And when I had the audacity tonally them and ask for my deposit to be refunded for what was their incompetent handling of my vacation they just quoted procedure and that they could categorically would not refund the deposit. I tried to find out how to escalate the matter and after being rudely directed to their website complaint form they hung up on me. The TUI website has the complaint form hidden and you need to actually perform a search to find it. Once you get it you can complain about flight delays, airline food and other things but nowhere can you complain about incompetent staff and issues with their booking. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO DONT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES.

   We have just booked our honeymoon to Bali with Nicki at TUI. We are absolutely over the moon! Everything from beginning to end was amazing- Nicki listened to us, was attentive, caring and kind. We have spent over 3 hours in the store today looking at different locations, flights and accommodations- not once did we feel rushed by Nicki or pressured to make a decision. We came in not even knowing where we wanted to go for our honeymoon, and we’ve left with the holiday of our dreams! Thank you Nicki for making our experience 10/10!
