    A very professional experience, I popped into the store and was greeted by a lovely friendly smile and a " good afternoon, how may I help you". I sat down and Zoe introduced herself and away we went, I explained to Zoe the place where I wanted to go and we went through the whole process of booking the holiday with ease, from the hotel to flights to transfers, it was a really smooth process and Zoe was extremely professional throughout it. This is why stores like this should be kept open, because of the friendliness of all the staff and the customer service experience when you go in.

    I have been into TUI Epsom for several years now. The staff’s expert knowledge and first hand experience is fantastic. Offering suggestions of sightseeing experiences and local restaurants, very often from personal experiences, that are off the beaten track. This is something you cannot get from booking online. They deliver all this in such a friendly and professional manner.

    Consultant was very helpful, but I was not happy about having to come into the store to book my holiday using a gift voucher. It would have been much more convenient to do it online or over the phone, which I was told was not possible. Consequently, I will never ask for a gift voucher again…. No reflection on TUI - just a really annoying issue re gift cards

    We have returned from a holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam. We wanted to find some winter sunshine and thanks to Zoe, we ended up going on a holiday of a lifetime. We visited stunning temples in Cambodia, went on a 7 day cruise along the Mekong river, visited floating villages, local markets and the Royal Palace at Phnom Penh and finishing in the bustling city of Saigon.     A massive thank you to the amazingly lovely ladies at Tui in Epsom! My boyfriend and I made an error on our booking and with less than 2 weeks to go before departure were at risk of losing the entire holiday. Sarah, Teresa, Mia, Abby and Ellie were all absolute superstars and went above and beyond to help to make sure we could still go on holiday. I cannot thank them enough and am so appreciative of their help. Will 100% be booking all future holidays at this branch. These ladies are the definition of amazing customer service :) :) :)
