I bought a SIM card here, and it had no credit at all. Avoid this place at all costs. They knowingly sell unusable SIM cards to travelers. I got a refund only after arguing for it, and I’m still not sure if it’s even being processed properly. Absolutely unacceptable. They are scammers.
The customer service representative convinced me to buy big bus tickets when I wasn’t sure about it by saying I could always get a refund if I changed my mind before I used them. I directly asked them how to go about getting a refund and they printed me a document with an email and told me to email that address for a refund. In the end I decided to get the refund so I emailed the address. They initially said the tickets were non refundable but they eventually did refund me. They also sold me 4 Vodafone SIM cards with value bundles and only one of them worked, and they provided me with refunds with no problem. It was a stress for me at the beginning of my holiday but at least they were more responsive than previous reviews led me to believe.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience! The price was outrageously high, and the service was completely disappointing. My driver never offered to help with my luggage — no tact, no courtesy, nothing! He even stopped in the middle of the trip to continue his phone call and didn’t move until I told him I wanted to go. When we arrived at my hotel, he was still on the phone and didn’t even bother to get out or help me with my suitcase. For my first time in London, this was such a letdown. Absolutely not worth what I paid!
0 stars for black cab service. 5 ***** for We Know Group Taxi service Arrived back at Heathrow airport checked the queue for the black cab service, very long queue, once I arrived at the front of the queue I was told they wanted between £185 - £200 I was told the price list on the wall was out of date! 0 stars for service or price. But then one of the porters at the airport suggested i go to Terminal 2 i was given a free train ticket and went to * We Know group help desk*, he was very helpful and arranged a taxi at £117 , only waited 5 minutes someone took me to where the taxi was waiting for me. thankyou so much for your excellent service and to the the driver , he was very kind, I cannot fault any of the staff. 5*****
- Employees are like schoolyard bullies. I got one name Farhan or Fernando (Tuesday morning shift), the rudest of them all. Thanks to you my first impression of London is sour! - They will charge you £5 more for same SIM card that you can buy from a machine, 25 steps away. They proudly call this £5 a service fee but I’ve never experienced this rude service, even for free.
This is the biggest scam i have ever seen! After arriving to London, we went there to see where/how the tube would depart, of course they instantly changed the subject and started trying to sell their MASSIVE SCAM TICKETS. After kindly denying the offers, the man continued to talk and talk and talk and tried to show us how "he is the best man to buy it from" and how they are the cheapest and the best in all of London. After once more telling him no to his offer he went on rambling about how it's really good. After telling him we are not interested, he started the whole cycle on another combo they were selling. So he would stop talking, in the end we bought the big bus tour ticket, which after checking ON SITE with THE OFFICIAL SELLERS we found out that the tickets they sold were an absolute scam and cheat. (Just so there's no confusion that we are overreacting, from the cost of one family ticket, 2 adults 2 kids, to the big bus tours that they sold to us at the airport was 148£ for 4 people, we could have bought the big bus tour on site for 110£, AND one of the 3 attractions next to London eye: Shrek's Adventure, Sea Life and The London Dungeon.) Do not go here unless you hate your money and want to give it to digusting scammers. In any case it's a shame that the first thing you meet in London is London's biggest scammers. (The bus tour is otherwise fantastic, and you should definitely go and try it out at A FAIR, REASONABLE AND REAL PRICE, being 110£ for a family, two adults, two kids) Would rate negative if I could.

Charged £80 for an Uber ride that directly on the app would have cost £50. Save yourself some money and do this:get out of terminal, cross the bridge to the parking lot, go to 4th level, look for row H. You can order your Uber directly there.
