    My wife and I recently both retired and decided to treat ourselves to a "special holiday". We contacted Sandie at Reigate travel and, after several weeks of brochures and comparisons and advice we decided on three weeks at Lake Garda. The help and assistance received was excellent, including dealing with an un-notified change of flights by EasyJet. The hotel recommended to us by Sandie was everything and more that we wanted and could not be faulted ! On the night we checked in there was even a message posted into our room from Sandie wishing us a happy retirement. So the bottom line is:- Excellent service, advice and knowledge, thank you Reigate travel and Sandie.

    I went in with my wife and 3 kids and was the only customer at that time with 3 staff. I was not even asked to take a chair and I had to ask standing what I really need. Very poor service not taking care about customers at all. I felt like a intruder.
