Following the cancellation, Tui could not have been less interested had they tried… However, a quick visit to Hays Travel next door and Amanda’s team all got to work to arrange a brand new holiday with a very quick turnaround. Very grateful for all of the help - you went above and beyond, thank you!

   My experience was very good. Taja is a nice person to deal with and very well informed. Lots of details to go through. At some point I have asked her to cut the story short but she convinced me to keep calm and carry on. Finally I have made it through and I'm very excited. Thank you Taja. Cons There is no customer toilet. If you drive fell free to pay 2 hours for your car as it can take time with booking a vacation.
