This has been a terrible service. I applied for my wife's visa to Canada over 3 months ago.. This company has lost her passport, they have cost me over 500 pounds. They continually lie about the process to fob us off. Absolutely disgusting service. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone. Your response is slanderous as there is no adverse travel history. Utter incompetence and lies at every point from your team. I welcome speaking to you solicitors. Absolutely terrible.
