   It’s a scam, they don’t have the ticket that you supposedly buy. They don’t issue ticket right away and when you call them, they tell you those tickets are not available and they can not refund even if the cancelation fee was paid. And if you happen to take whatever portion of the flight the rest of the money they do not refund, they keep it as a “credit for future use” as if you would go with them again, after they scam you. DO NOT USE, be aware OF SCAM!!!!

   Maximum SCAM ALERT Their tactics as follow: First on their website they will quote you 20% cheaper than the airlines but they will never issue you a ticket, Then they will call you and tell you the price went up almost double the airlines price, while the airlines price is still the same (basically they are lying straight to your face). Finally you ask them to not charge you and that you will book with the airlines, they refuse and start talk about terms and conditions bullshit.. you hang up and call your bank to block the transaction, or if you already charged.. dispute it.

   SCAM ALERT They presented themselves as the airlines where I directly purchased my flight and they made me pay for the changes stating that it is in my contract otherwise I will lose more money for cancelation bla bla bla. Later I reached out to airlines with true number, cancel flights for no charge so these people cant mess with my reservation and successfully dispute scam charge through AMEX. After that I got a call from these scammers threatening me that since they know all my flight details they are going to cancel everything. So I told them go ahead and try it.

   100% SCAM!!!! My husband booked a flight with them. They called him saying that that seat was already booked and there were no more available. They would not even issue a refund because it was a nonrefundable flight... but he never even got a ticket. They said he would have to upgrade and tried to get him for another $300. At this point I looked at the reviews here on Google and told him to hang up and call his bank. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!

   Absolutely horrible. Scam, just like everyone else is saying. Booked my flight, was called the next day to ask if I wanted to add luggage. I said no and was told that tickets would be sent to my email. They weren't. Them was called and told that the return flight was booked and I couldn't get a refund. Was told I could pay $200 more to get a flight in the same day. This was for my son to come home from college for a break. This company should be shut down and the snakes that own it should be charged. Pathetic.

   URGENT WARNING I placed a booking with this company for flights to Canada this week. The next day they argued with me over the phone that I should pay more. I reluctantly agreed, then they failed to deliver any tickets within the time promised. When I tried to complain they would not answer the phone or return my email messages. At best they are totally incompetent and an utter waste of time. Beware !

   I booked a flight online with this company on Delta Airlines on November 25 for $137.60. I got an email this evening saying I needed to call them because my booking is on hold. I called and the guy I talked to said that there were no more discounted seats on my flight (Delta) and he could book me another flight with American Airlines for $29 more. I said that I do not want that. I want my money refunded. I booked online with them for Delta airlines for $137.60 and that is the price I want. I told him if they cannot give me that same deal with Delta then I would like my money back. Honestly, I did not want to give this person any more money as it seems like a scam. I did not realize when I booked online that I was not guaranteed this flight. This is very misleading and poor customer service. I did not give them any more money. I hung up and tried to chat with their customer service online. I also sent an email complaint through their website. While on the chat, the person said they would call me. A guy called and said the same thing the first person had said about Delta not having anymore seats, but he could get me on American Airlines, now for only $17 more. I told him I want to cancel and want my money back. He said it will be a $50 cancellation fee. I then told him i want him to pay the $17 difference and book me on American. He said I have to pay it. When I questioned him about why I was able to book this flight and now it is not available he had no answer. The guy I was speaking with even started raising his voice and becoming belligerent. At one point, he even asked, "What? You don't have $17?" The point is I purchased something online and now I am not being given this. This is a total BAIT & SWITCH!

   the worst, the took your card information and then just call to tell you that the price changed and there is a fee or if you don't want the fee then they are gonna change the dates, and if you wanna cancel they're gonna charge you. NEVER USE THIS PAGE, THE WORTS!!!!!

   Claimed to be American Airlines, took extra money and lied about it, and hung up the phone every single time I called... as soon as i got done describing the problem they just hung up it was absolutely intentional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!
