   Papa John's is my go-to treat in Trowbridge. Prices are far more reasonable than the competitors, the pizzas are always properly cooked with a generous amount of topping. Delivery is always rapid, though today's was a little slower but I was pleased to receive a small drink as a token of apology and goodwill from the store. I have never been disappointed by the service I've received at Trowbridge Papa John's.

   1st time going here, visited in person, nobody else was there but the staff were very helpful. Atmosphere was fine. Good service, fast and very accommodating since I hadn't planned to order for myself here and was unsure what I wanted. Food was hot, garlic cheesey bread was the perfect amount of garlic and cheese, I wasn't the biggest fan of the dough but that's down to my preference not papa John's. Potato tots were a welcome snack to pick at on the way home, and the biggest point of all! (THEY ACCEPT CASH)

   Rude girl on the phone telling me it’s 15 minutes until closing time, like she doesn’t want to take my order. So a man took the call and was nice enough. When the pizza boy came he gave me the pizza box. I said are all of my dips in there? He said yes they should be. Turns out they didn’t put the 4 dips I wanted in there but instead gave me 1 that I said not to give me. And the pizza was cooked so poorly all of my toppings fell off just from picking up the slice. Really disappointing experience

   Collected my pizza bang on the ordered time . Clearly had been cooked far too long in advance. Congealed cheese and stone cold. At least there is a far more reliable outlet next door

   Kostas and the team at Papa John's in Trowbridge were friendly, helpful, and generous. They were very sweet in sorting out an order for me. The vegan range is probably the best among the competitors (Domino's etc).
