Our advisor, Ursula Nelson at the sutton branch was warm and welcoming which made me feel relaxed and confident that I’d chosen the right holiday company.She helped us whittle down our choices based on what we wanted to get out of our holiday and my budget. Ultimately my daughter picked the final location and the whole process was very easy and Ursula made several checks on the details to make sure nothing had changed.10/10 and I have already recommended TUI and Ursula to friends and family.

Terrible Customer service .... Never return a call or call back when they say .... And that's when someone actually answers the phone .... If I could give them no stars I would... And do they only put a reply when someone gives them 5 stars ? That in itself speaks volumes
I would like to thank Nicky for professionalism. I recently popped into the sutton store to sort out a holiday for a family member, then I started talking about organising my own holiday for next year. Nick listened and enquired about what we like to do on holiday, and suggested a few countries we hadn't thought of, recommend hotels, sorted out some relevant brochures and gave us plenty of useful information. When we finally make up our mind we will definitely be going back to book .
