   Wow, wow, wow. Do not use any other company for your safari. Incredible. We can not praise Umang and Beena enough for making a holiday of a lifetime for us. From the first contact to checking that we were home safely, they made sure that we were exceptionally well taken care of. They have a wonderful way to make sure that they structure your holiday to what you really want. They listened to what we wanted to see and do, they listened to where we wanted to go and why, they listened to what needs we have (my wife has Alzheimer's), they listened to what we wanted to get out of the experience and of course they paid close attention to the budget that we had. Then they put together several options, met again, listened more and refined the offer to make sure it completely fitted what we wanted. Then they delivered and oh wow did they deliver. Every single detail was taken care of from the minute you come through baggage claim to the drop off at the check in desk when you have to sadly leave, everything was handled by them. We wanted an adventure in Zambia with safari and trip to Livingstone, but also time to see friends in Lusaka. But I know they would offer the same service to where ever you want to go and whatever you want to experience. Umang made sure that everything was taken care of. The drivers that were arranged were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, safe and reliable, with very nice, modern, clean vehicles. Umang and Beena made sure that the small things were done well. It was an anniversary trip so we had nice surprises, like a beautiful bath run for us in the camp after a hot and dusty day on safari, like a bottle of bubbles when we got to the hotel in Livingstone, like a hand written card wishing us another happy 25th years. The places that they selected were incredible. They have personally visited many of these places so they know the companies, the people, the vibe. They know what will work for the requests you gave them. They know how to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We truly loved every minute of the holiday and we know that it was down to the planning and detail and care that Umang and Beena put in. They take your holiday as a personal challenge to make sure you are able to achieve everything you wanted. There are some really nice things that should not be forgotten; the app called Vamoos has your personal trip information down to the minute so you know where and what you will be doing each day, the regular whatsapp messages to make sure everything is going smoothly (not intrusive, just perfectly supportive), the people who they have personally selected to make sure that at each step of your trip you are handled professionally. I will promote them to all my friends and family and cannot recommend them highly enough. I cannot think of any other time we have received such a personalized treatment. Thank you.

   Ubon Safari provided a seamless service from us making an enquiry to us coming back home. We told Umang what we wanted to do and he took care of arranging everything from 2 hotels, 3 game parks with accommodation, our travel by train from Emali to Mombasa and plane travel from Mombasa to Nairobi. We were met by someone to take us to the next step of our travels through Kenya, which was fantastic as this took the stress away of where do we need to go etc. The staff at each destination were friendly and helpful, and Patrick our driver on the safari was brilliant. We saw the big five and many more animals. Umang kept in touch with us to make sure we were okay throughout our travels, and answered any queries straight away. Thank you Umang and Beena for making this holiday memorable and stress free.

   A Journey Beyond Imagination – An Unforgettable Safari Experience From the moment we first spoke to Umang, enquiring if our very tight time-frame might even be viable to organise a safari trip, both he and Beena have gone to great lengths to make the most wonderful experience for us. Every detail was impeccably planned, and their knowledge, passion, professionalism, and personal touches from them both made this trip one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. Every step of the way; from paperwork to rearranging flights, to tracking baggage and daily check-ins to simply ask how we were, Ubon Safari is the definition of bespoke. Nothing was too much trouble and their professional commitment to our holiday was hugely reassuring and appreciated. Umang listened to our preferences as a family of four and the accommodations were luxurious without losing the magic of the wild. Waking up to the distant call of lions and sipping coffee while zebras grazed nearby was surreal. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, even in the middle of the bush. Our guide/driver for the week was simply wonderful too and Ubon Safari clearly have a very positive relationship with the tour operators too. If you're dreaming of an incredible experience, Ubon Safari doesn’t just offer safaris—they deliver life-changing adventures.    The trip we booked with Ubon Safari to Kenia was amazing! Umang and Beena are lovely people, took a lot of time and had much patience to organize a unique trip for us. The trip was perfectly organized. When we arrived in Kenia, a member of the Umangs Team welcomed us, guided us to our pick-up point and helped us with the immigration. At every destination we were picked-up on time. All Hotels and lodges were high end and all staff/people in Kenia were amazing. Even the timings between the different flights in Kenia from one Safari Park to another were on point. Everytime we head over to the next destination or to the next Hotel Umang asked via WhatsApp, if everything is nice or he could help with anything. Therefore we felt pretty safe during the whole trip! We highly recommend the services of ubon Safari and will of course book again sometime.

   My father and I used Ubon Safari for our hike up Kilimanjaro. A friend of mine had recommended them to us & now I can't recommend them enough to everyone. They were so friendly from the start, and Umang was flexible with us at short notice, very affordable & selfless in his tips and tricks. During the whole journey, I got regular check ins from Umang, making sure we were picked up from the airport safely & that everything was in order for us. We reached the peak of the mountain, and on the way down Umang consistently made sure we felt okay, was more than happy to sort out anything else we needed & really made our trip an experience of a lifetime. I don't do reviews often, but I feel compelled to for Ubon Safari. 5 stars!!!!!

   We booked a honeymoon safari with Ubon after they were recommended to us. The company is run by a lovely husband and wife team, Umang and Benna. These two know their stuff and look after you before, during and after your journey! They created the most wonderful and bespoke honeymoon package for us. They literally did everything - it was completely stress free. The safari itself was magical - a once in a lifetime experience! They had hand picked places that went beyond what we could have imagined - we truly had the time of our lives! I found this experience so much more personal than going with a huge corporation where you are just a number. Umang and Benna are both originally from Africa and they check out all the places they recommend, so they really do know their stuff. If you want a stress free, high quality personal service for a once in a lifetime experience, then this is the company to book with!

   Umang, the Safari Director, was hands on from the initial planning of our trip to Tanzania. We landed in Kilimanjaro airport and was picked up by Lucas, tour guide and driver for our 13 days adventure. We went to Arusha and stayed two nights in this city. We bought SIM cards for our phone, visited the Tanzanite Museum, exchanged some dollars to shillings, and spent about an hour at the Cultural Center which was quite amazing museum. Do go there, it’s fascinating. After the 2 days rest, we were escorted to fly on a small Cessna to North Serengeti about an hour and a half ride. Here, we stayed at Acacia Migration Camp. Our three days stay were the best as we were the luckiest to see two days straight of the migration of wildebeests and zebras returning from Kenya to Tanzania crossing the Mara River. We were ecstatic and so excited to witness this. Umang kept in touch with our guide, Lucas, everyday to ensure our trip was going smoothly. He didn’t disappoint us one bit. Everyday was thrilling and full of surprises with the animals we saw. Elephants, lions, hyenas, warthogs, leopard, wildebeests and zebras galore. The staff at this camp was the friendliest and very professional. Omega and Antoine endlessly catered to us and we missed them after saying our goodbyes. Definitely will be back in couple years. Central Serengeti was our next stop. Stayed another three nights at Acacia Seronera Luxury Camp. There are more animal sightings here. Robert, the overseer and helper, did everything possible to cater to our needs. He was bartender, server, and name it, everything. The food was amazing and the tent was very luxurious. We were upgraded to two tents instead of one and I thank Umang and Lucas for getting the upgrade at all the camps. Our next two night stop was at Ngorongoro National Park at Lion’s Paw Camp. The staff was pretty good but not as friendly as the other two places. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite and had the best view of the Ngorongoro crater and sunset. There aren’t as many animals here compared to Serengeti but the lake in the crater is so beautiful and I know I’d be back again. Our last two nights safari stay was at Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp. On the way there we went to Lake Manyara National Park. We couldn’t get close to the lake because the roads were flooded from heavy rainfall but we had some amazing big cats sighting. The army of baboons also was very interesting to watch. Never in my life saw so many of them. They weren’t pests at all. At Tarangire, the staff composed of Allen the manager, Edward, Lucas the Masai, and chef were all very attentive and bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. It was an unforgettable three days there with bonfire every night and endless wine and vodka flowing. It was very difficult to say goodbye but I was definitely sure I would return here. There are no more words to describe our astonishing experiences in our safari trip. Definitely, you need a very good guide who knows the roads and where the animals were. The migration sightings were worth the few hours wait as we were the luckiest to have witnessed the crossings which are rare to see late October when most finished in September. We were very fortunate indeed. I’m so glad I chose Umang at Ubon Safari and Leopard Tours for our amazing Safari trip. It’s a true lifetime experience that we will never forget. Our life has already changed from this experience and can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Umang, for this amazing tour!

   UBON SAFARI - one word Amazing! They put together an amazing trip for us to celebrate my dads big birthday in Tanzania where he was born. It was a very special trip for us all. The guides were fantastic they went above and beyond to ensure our trip was special - treated us like royalty. Ally was amazing - he ensured we saw the big 5 and more! Ahmed and Mtoo in Zanzibar also just amazing had a great tour of stone town and the spice tour. The staff at all the hotel were like family they knew who we were without even introduction - they ensured we had the best stay and food!! Umang was available throughout the whole trip - you would never get this with a normal travel agent. Beena and Umang are just the perfect team and their passion for Africa can be seen in the amazing itinerary’s they put together for their clients. All the surprises you had for my parents were just so lovely - they absolutely loved being spoilt! I reccomend UBON safari for all trips to Africa - they have all the knowledge and passion for Africa I look forward to booking all future tours with them (I would not book with anyone else!)
