   1 Star (if I could give 0, I would) Absolutely disgraceful experience with Flights Experts. I booked and paid £8,000 in February for a family Christmas holiday in December (6pple). Two months before the trip, they suddenly told me our tickets were never issued and offered to “find another airline” or refund us as if that fixes the chaos they’ve caused. After digging, I was told they used our booking to hold seats and then resold them when prices went up. The same tickets now cost £21,000. They’ve completely ruined my kids’ Christmas holiday and left us scrambling. Their communication was terrible , slow replies, zero transparency, and no genuine apology. Flights Experts are dishonest, unprofessional, and should not be trusted with anyone’s travel plans. Avoid them at all costs.

   *Fraud and Scam Company* I urge you to stay away from this scam company. You will never get a ticket at the price they advertise. The positive comments above are likely posted by paid associates. This company is fraudulent. They advertise low fare tickets that don’t exist. After you book, they withhold issuing an e-ticket, claiming the advertised fare is unavailable. When you follow up, they offer alternative options at higher prices—prices you can often find cheaper directly on airline websites. If you request a refund, they pressure you to rebook on a different date or airline, as the original fare was never real. It took me 21 days to get my money back after repeated lies and fake assurances. The names they use are fictitious, and the “department transfers” they claim for refund authorization are part of their scam. This operation is based in India and exploits the system by holding your money for weeks, profiting off the delays. Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had read the other comments before. All bad comments are absolutely true. It was a horrible experience for me.

   2 Weeks and still no confirmed tickets!!!! 2 weeks now and our flight is meant to be tomorrow and no tickets yet! They use fake names, Mike, Jang, Samuel, Cristina, Jordan. They took two payments from us, first airline booking they couldn't confirm tickets after 7 days, making all sorts of excuses, to taking a further payment from us and assuring the flight tickets will be issued within 24 hours, after a further 4 days, they issued tickets. I had my doubts, so I called the airline directly, they told us tickets was issued but the agency asked for refund so tickets have been cancelled. They couldn't give me any reasons for the cancellation and presented many excuses. Imagine if I didnt call the airline, I would have gone to the airport with my children and be told there is no tickets. I am still in the process of getting my refund. Please note: that 1% of good reviews on here must be fake. Do your checks before you book.

   This is a scam. The website took payment for 6 airline tickets despite giving me an immediate notification that the payment had failed. I managed to buy the tickets elesewhere ( at a cheaper fare) but later that day I got a call from “Mike” telling me that they were only able to reserve 3 seats and the remaining passengers were on a wait list. I told them to cancel the booking and refund the full amount. I sent the screenshot of the website notification that my booking was unsuccessful, but despite that they told they would charge me a cancellation fee even though the fault was on their side.Stay away form these scammers!!!!

   we booked our holiday with Flights Experts in June 2022. Had a fantastic time in Dubai. I was having some issue with my Online Checkin with Emirates. They sorted it out & sent me the Boarding pass. I will surely recommend them & use them for my next holiday too.

   Wouldn't trust this lot as far as I could throw them. Offer prices you never get. Very, very determined to get you phone number for some reason. AVOID. They are online, use online methods not 'the phone call' what next - snail mail? REALLY AVOID.

   Took my money for a holiday. Refused to refund my payment when they cancelled the holiday that I had paid for in full. Shocking refusal to return any money. NEVER NEVER use a debit card with these people. I had to take them to court to get a refund. Nightmare.
