   Placed my order at 16:40, said on the app it will arrive in 40 minutes at latest and the order arrived at 18:10 which took over 1hour and 30 minutes and it was cold and not chewable ( ROCK COLD HARD ). Ruined my whole afternoon plans won’t be ordering from this location again. I took the order back to complain and the manager got it remade again, but that doesn’t change anything, wasted my time waiting and then had to go to the store myself in person.

   Great service, friendly helpful staff. Food wasn’t ready yet, SM gave me estimated cooking time, allowing me to go to the shop and come back for the pizza. Very helpful.

   If you really want your Pizza Hut branch to run well, you must first replace one of your staff members – the big lady who seems to be the manager. I don’t know her name, but her way of talking to customers and delivery drivers is very rude and unprofessional. Please either replace her or make sure she changes her attitude towards people.

   Service is poor. We ordered for pizza worth £38. Plus and It was delivered to the wrong address and was left on a muddy ground outside someone’s garden and slugs entered inside it. Worst of all is that we tipped the delivery guy..who in his right sense will leave someone’s food outside on the ground. He did not even call to say he could not find our address rather he did this. I will not order from therre again its so sad after waiting for almost an hour for our pizza.i want my refund but can’t get customer service.The lady i called to complain at the shop cares less and told me there is no orders again when the shop closes at 11am and this happened since 8 pm.we were really waiting for dinner and got disappointed.This picture below is not my house. Its 8 minutes away from my house. We had to trace it with the picture the crazy delivery person snapped..

   Forced to order from here the other night , I'm not a fan of chain pizza places but remember going to pizza hut on corner of west Nile st when I was a kid and It was good so thought I'd give it a try. My wife wanted to risk it so we got 2 supreme pizzas and altered the toppings slightly. The guy arrived pretty much when expected and the pizzas looked good. We reckoned we would have a pizza each on first night and rest the next night as we usually do. These pizzas barely have any toppings on them and are not filling at all, I could have easily ate two on one sitting, which considering the price even with a special offer is deeply distressing. I think this explains why they are so successful like other chains. Never again, we could have ate a fresh pizza in a restaurant for the same money!

   Pizza Hut Airdrie. Ordered 6pm told 55min to 65min. At 7:10pm called and spoke to Manager Nic who was said a further 30min wait and was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t offer anything extra as ‘If I offered everyone something extra that we disappoint we would go out of business.’ I have a recording of the call. When I said I was recording the call she hung up. Joke of a manager. Even the staff complained about her. Shame a great company like Pizza Hut is fronted by such a disgrace. X1 star and that’s only because there’s not a negative review option.
