Waited over an hour on 2 fish suppers, to receive cold food. Shambles sadly especially considering I am a regular customer!
Decent grub but found a midgey floating in my curry sauce so probably isn't a very clean place wouldn't recommend but I do recommend bennys with is across the road
Soooo good. The chicken supper was so moist, delish .... And the kebab was honestly just the best ever. My new go to takeaway will definsglt be ordering there from now on
Milanos used to be of the best. In my opinion it’s went completely down hill. We order every Monday. Went through around 3 weeks of something being wrong, granted they sorted it. Today I’m shocked. Chips are solid, and my son’s chicken burger was literally slightly bigger than a nugget. Hardly going to fill up a growing 10year old. What happened?
**Excellent Food and Excellent Customer Care. I am simply a customer who pops in the odd time and have nothing to do with Milanos. I placed an order for three people on Saturday November 7th 2020, collected it, and found when I returned home that part of the order was incorrect, receiving a full Doner Kebab meal instead of a burger meal. No idea how that happened but my receipt confirmed what they had given me so I had ‘no leg to stand on’. My adult daughter went back and explained the situation. They were totally good about it, gave her the new order plus two free bottles of Irn Bru, whereas they could have told her it was our fault. I was very impressed. Most importantly to me, the food is 10/10. Their beef burgers are not only homemade but they actually taste like they are homemade. Well done Milanos.

STAFF ARE COOL PIZZAS ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA BUT PRICE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN DOMINOS , BUT LUNCH TIME DEALS ARE FAIRLY OK IF YOU GET THE RIGHT DAY
Just eat order clearly stating chips cheese and kebab meat with extra portion of curry sauce food delivered with extra portion of curry but no food to put sauce on and when trying to call to ask where missing food was never answered the phone very poor service
If i could give 0 star i would! Kebab meat was horrible don't even think there was any meat in it at all! Full of herbs and very hard pieces! I asked for garlic mushrooms and got greasy thick battered mushrooms absolutely vile grease was dripping off them, and a half tub of garlic sauce to dip them in that looked as though it had been in the fridge for ages as it had a skin forming on the top absolutely disgraceful! I will never eat here again
Ordered online for delivery, no problems. Ordered 2 pizzas and single battered haddock (2 pieces). Pizzas were fine however fish was awful. Both pieces were large but solid in places, lifting batter off revealed yellow, dry tasteless fish. Was more batter than fish. I couldn't eat much of it and was left with a plate of batter and dry fish so going in the bin. Very disappointed and wont be buying again
