   Went in for order as they can’t seem to get it right on just eat. Asked for mixed pakora and they have gave me a vegetable pakora. It’s poor as the food is not bad but just can’t get what you ask for.

   Went in slightly worse for wear and asked for a kebab. They made up a large spicy chicken kebab which is more than double the price and got all aggressive when I asked him what he thought he was playing at. He said that's what I asked for. I didn't even know you could get a spicy kebab. I'd go elsewhere that doesn't try to rip you off.

   I ordered a chicken kebab with nan bread, I ended up with a tortilla warp with my kebab, only one problem with that is you don't have enough tortilla warp to finish kebab

   Food always amazing and the quality is great everytime. We ordered lots of different things and all the family were agreeable to how good the food was was. Food was cooked to order and ready in good time, restaurant quality food. Best local takeaway since it opened all those years ago

   Ordered mixed kebab, lamb chops and cheese chips, lamb was horrible, couldn't eat it, chicken was nice, chips where cold and not fresh. Disappointed

   Got a nan kebab hardly any kebab mest phoned back for it to continusly ring iut , phoned the next day told to phone again the next day as the man that dealt eith it wasnt on to phone again n be told cant give me ma money bafk even though delivery is still there 3 days later and told me to come to shop and il see biggest waste of money and staff are so arragant

   Have used this take away many times and have normal enjoyed the food. However, this evening I went in to collect take away for family and on arriving home one of the orders was missing. I called the shop and was told categorically it was in the bag. I advised it wasn’t and was accused of lying and shouted at by one of the guys. Once accepted it might have been missing I asked for a replacement to be delivered, which I felt was a fair request as I’d already made a 30 minute round trip. They refused because they were “far too busy” which was strange as there was no one in. I went back to the shop to get a refund. Again, empty. Not busy at all. I asked for my money and they tried to short change me. Had to argue with them again to get all the money back. The rating is not a reflection of the food but the terrible attitude and customer service I experienced. To be shouted at down the phone and called a liar is not acceptable. They had absolutely no interest in trying to fix things. I won’t be back
