Avoid - do not book with these cowboys. Extremely bad customer service, we had issues with the hotel in hurghada and attempted to resolve by contacting this so called agent, they do not solve any of our issues, the hotel they were selling was of poor standard. The room they advise you is not what you will be getting. They expected 2 adults and 2 kids to share 1 double bed! I made a complaint but that was not even dealt with properly. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - You have been warned. Spend more elsewhere!
