Poor, poor operation. Do not order if you are hungry or expect to eat within a respectable timescale. Also expect to be robbed off on the call after youβve been hung up on. Pathetic service and bang average food. Clearly bots leaving higher service marks on this. Hopefully Google review this for themselves. For reference Iβve added the order email to show the time. Also added the 2 calls including the first where I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes then hung up on. For clarity, when I ordered I was told 60-75 minutes. After being told on the phone that it was next to be delivered, but still refusing to commit to a time, I still waiting a further 20 minutes. A total of 2 hours and 25 minutes

La Vita Bishopbriggs is a stylish and welcoming restaurant with great Italian food and a really nice atmosphere. The interior looks beautiful β elegant chandeliers, clean tables and a relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional, which made the visit even better. The food was delicious and freshly made. The portions were good, and everything tasted authentic. Itβs a lovely place for a dinner out, a date, or a meal with family. Overall, great service, great atmosphere and very good food. I would definitely come back.

Came here often and was always really good. 6 of us ate here last night and it was not the same. The service was great but the food was not the same. I had the meatballs to start and they were very poorly presented looked like a tin of fray bentos emptied into a bowl. I had the Italian sausage pasta which wasnt anything exciting it actually tasted the exact same as my starter and was quite watery. My mum had the fillet steak which came absolutely smothered in this horrible pepper sauce it was like black clay it was all congealed and was served on a soggy piece of bread. Looked terrible and she didnt eat even half of it. The light in the booth we were sitting in was flickering and just made the atmosphere poor. Put their prices up aswell. 9 pounds for a bruschetta and a 5er for a glass of pepsi. Dont like feeling like im being robbed. We wont be back.

Food was lovely, ordered from the daytime menu so was roughly 11.95 for 2 courses during the week. Only downside was that the bill was put down on our table and feeling like we were rushed out even though the restaurant was quiet so felt pressured to leave even though we planned to order coffees. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Been to the one the town so, wanted to try this one. Atmosphere is great. Not the biggest restaurant but the upstairs and downstairs all in one room is great experience Food was out to us in 20 minutes or so with almost a full restaurant. Friendly staff.

Starter was nice. Which prepared us for a similar standard of main course. Unfortunately it was subpar. Steak was requested to be medium rare, it was well done. Accompanied by what I can only describe as a beige oily tastlesss sauce. The flavour was non descript and non existent. The second main ordered was spaghetti bolognese. Again the flavour greatly lacking, the pasta was stodgy and outweighed the bolognese. I am sure anyone could purchase better from a tin in any local supermarket. Staff were friendly for the majority of our visit, however we felt they became aware at our distaste for the food served for the mains, after which they were very cold and it was clear they were observing us more than is necessary. Upon leaving we felt it was a welcome departure. Sadly this was not as we expected due to previous experience.
