   I’ve never given anybody a 1 star but I was very disappointed with the atmosphere, quality of food and customer service. Went for a lunch and it was quiet with only 3 tables but there were 2 girls on shift. Stood by the front counter for 3 minutes (not exaggerating) whilst she was messing about with the machine without any form of acknowledgement. After we sat down for 15 minutes, noone came up to serve so thought is this a self service restaurant and it wasn’t even busy. One girl stood by the bar and the other was walking around looking busy. There were tables uncleaned and when I asked if she could take our order she walked back and forth with a very unapproachable attitude. After taking our orders we waited for around 50 minutes which is slightly beyond average due to the quietness however instead of 2 burgers being served, we were given 4! We had ordered 1 cheeseburger and 1 wulf burger. The girl was adamant that we had ordered 4, but I insisted that we do not need an extra 2 burgers as why would we have ordered 4. On eating the burger, 50% of it was fully burnt. The chef clearly tried to hide the burnt side face down, so I removed all the burnt pieces myself. The girl did not come over to check on us even though she went to clean half the table next to us, so we didn’t mention anything and did not want to wait for another 50 minutes to remake it. The menu is very limited, only pizza and burgers. The price was average £12-£14 for a burger however not worth for the poor skills. Overall it was a disappointing experience. This customer service is not acceptable and should be addressed as well as the inedible burger.

   The food is Fantastic and very delicious, great environment, and friendly staff! But I only give 4 stars for one reason ! I understand is a new business and maybe some" staff "need alot to learn, but please give space to the costumers to enjoy the food and not passing by all the time pick up the plates or something else from the table ! Me today I was enjoying my meal and I wet to the toilet with my kid for few minutes ,and I still left my meal to finish on table when I come back me and my little girl have no food left on table! Soo basically me and my girl left the restaurant with half of the meal on stomach , the 2 people that are with me still eating and they offer they fries to my girl and then comes other staff try to take the fries from table ! Sorry but that is not OK! Basically put me off ! as I say before I understand is a new place and staff need training but the basic rule I always learn working in restaurants is to give space to the costumers and not pickup plates until they all finish the meal !

   Visited Foodwulf for the first time and it was absolutely brilliant. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very attentive. The menu has a lot of variation and the shakes also looked great. The highlight for me was definitely the salt n chilli chicken pizza, it was cooked to perfection. Great staff, excellent food and portion sizes defeated me in the end!

   13/10/2022 1pm Served 2 raw burgers in soggy buns received a refund for 1 of the burgers not the meal me and my partner left the restaurant feeling ill at the thought of what we had just ate. The manager came knowhere near us and left it for the waitress to deal with. Told her to tell us that it's perfectly fine and will not make us ill. In my opinion both full meals should have been free. Not just 1 of the burgers. Will never return here and posts will be put on social media aswell. Disgusted is an understatment. Couldn't get out the place quick enough
