   Ordered food from here 2 hours ago and app said enjoy your food! Bit hard to enjoy your food when it hasn’t even been delivered! No call to say whats going on! Took my money but no food! Won’t be ordering from here again then!

   My partner was in and he received terrible customer service and terrible management the little gurl behind till seemed scared and uneasy around her other members of staff food is most of the time good but the short women was terrible

   Been lucky enough to NEVER having a “bad delivery” from Kings Chippy. The food has always been great, in terms of quality and quality. The food is always delicious and hot. Highly Recommend. UPDATE - Unable to order with “Just Eat” APP, (16 April 2025). Phoned direct and spoke to a lovely lady who patiently took my order (speech dodgy after stroke). Thanks to her. Food delicious and piping hot AS ALWAYS!! Highly Recommend.

   Worst chippy I’ve ever had. Arrived 1hr 20 mins after order. And not the first time. Look through the reviews on just eat. Cold, congealed mess with no offer of refund. An absolute joke. Inedible food

   More than dissappointed. Has been going downhill for ages but last night was the worst. Ordered on the Kings Chippy App. Food was charged but never arrived. When we called after 40 mins we were told they had the order, food was on its way and would be another half hour. When we called back half an hour they said they'd never had the order and there is no Kings Chippy App. When I went to the shop they finally accepted there was a Kings Chippy App but it didn't work, so they didn't receive the order. When I asked for a refund they said they'd cancelled the order and I'd have to ask the App developer for a refund. One way or other they are not telling the truth, either they didn't get the order, or they did and cancelled it. It can't be both!

   Used to be great service but has gone downhill rapidly.. last time I ordered the food was cold. Decided to give another go and this time order never arrived from uber.. attitude of staff when I called was disgusting and arrogant advising not their problem take it up with uber....won't be using ever again. Suggest staff take a customer service course.
