   Ordered a Pizza and some sides online as a treat for the kids, get told order good and should be with us soon. Nearly 2 hours later, no update, no answering the phone but they had taken the money. I’ve learned my lesson, I won’t be using this or any Pizza Hut again. To be honest it’s quicker, healthier and less expensive to make your own or buy pre-made. Just need to try and get a refund, I doubt it will be any easier than getting a pizza from this place. Avoid at all costs!

   We ordered takeaway on a Friday evening. It was delayed by half an hour from the latest delivery time and when it arrived there was a pizza missing, they were underdone and the dips were wrong. They then didn't answer the phone when we tried to get on touch. Why accept orders if they are that busy they forget a whole pizza?! Not cheap and incredibly disappointing. Avoid.

   After a 13 hour travel day, our last train (over 5 hours) didn’t have food on it so we were starving. We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel, this Pizza Hut left us waiting for 45 minutes then my husband realized the tracker said delivered but we had no pizza so he called and they basically told us that they had to use uber eats and because it was so late that it was undeliverable. We ordered before 10 pm. Why did they let us wait so long? We could’ve found another option but by the time we knew we weren’t getting a pizza everything else was closed. They refunded us but that doesn’t help the fact that we didn’t have food…

   Went here a few months ago. Got a take away from here. The food is shockingly bad. They burnt my pizzas. If your company does this for a business and can't even cook it right then you know something is seriously wrong. There is a domino's just across the road, so my advice is go there instead. This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Avoid this at all costs.

   You know when you walk in and order, there are pictures on the wall of the pizza they sell? They don't sell those. They sell a DYI kit version you have to finish cooking when you get home. I certainly don't recall asking for it undercooked and cold in the middle.

   Collected my order and arrived home to find they had put cheese on my vegan pizza. When we phoned we were told to come back in 10 minutes to get a replacement. My partner went in this time, but came back unhappy with the service he received. No other customers were there and the staff didn’t look busy through the back but nobody came over. 5minutes after ringing the bell, waiting to be served, a staff member finally came, said it wouldn’t be long and rolled his eyes. 15minutes from letting them know was fine but it took almost half an hour to get resolved. Another staff member came saying it would be 5 mins. Eventually we got it, looked a mess though and was missing half the toppings. Also then given a garlic dip that wasn’t vegan…
