    I have purchased from Endura roses recently.I saw it online but when I visited the store it was something beyond my expectations. The roses are stunning, maintaining their vibrant color and natural appearance .The packaging was elegant and secure.The customer service was excellent, with prompt and helpful response . The longevity and beauty make them a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy gorgeous, long-lasting roses.

    I've had an awful experience with this company, particularly with a person named Sara, the Customer Experience Manager. As of yet my issues have not been resolved. Let's start from the beginning. 31/05/22 I had ordered online, an eternal rose plus extras. With shipping and handling as well, the total was £240 (that's a lot of money for a peasant like me). 01/06/22 I sent an email to the customer service address in order to confirm how I'd like the card and engraving. Sara responded and I got what I wanted (great start so far). I had paid for expedited delivery (1-2 working days), but due to the bank holiday weekend it would take longer. So Sara offered an alternative delivery for Saturday which costs another £5, I confirmed I'd go for that. No response (hmm). 04/06/22 I emailed once more to inquire about the faster delivery, still no response (uh oh). But in their defence it was a Saturday which was outside their working hours, although this doesn't excuse the lack of a response throughout the week. 21/06/22 It is now a couple of weeks after receiving the items and noticing the defects, I decided to contact the customer service email once more in order to address these issues. Sara responds with an apology and asks for more information along with pictures. I sent the pictures which I've now attached to this review. Here is what I listed out: The pictures of the engraving shows water/smudge marks. The pictures of the rose show a foreign object stuck on the inside of the glass. And the pictures of the gift box show the box does not align properly when closed, as well as poor paper quality as it is wrinkled. Guess what? No response... 06/07/22 Again I email asking for a response, again I don't receive one (groan). A few months later, I went to their store in Bullring. After explaining the situation to the Sale's Associate, she informed me that Sara works at their Manchester store, but she was surprised to hear about the behaviour I related to her. She insisted Sara wouldn't act like that and proceeded to call her. Afterwards she told me Sara would call me, I made sure to emphasise my concern of whether I would receive the call or not (after my experience with them, it was necessary). She confirmed and I left. No call received (I'm done with you guys). After all this, my wife sent a message via Instagram and they said to send them the email of the person who raised the issue, then they'd get back to that person. She gave them my email, but I didn't receive anything. Hopefully the company will read this review and prevent any of these problems from happening again. As Muslims they must hold themselves to account, because if they're profiting off people by these means, then they'll have bigger things to worry about than a review.

    I got a beautiful rose piece from here for our anniversary. I was met with such kindness and courtesy from the staff member (I recall her name was Ambar) and she was very attentive and helpful to my questions. The quality of the rose is sheer beauty and I definitely recommend!
