Long story short got a pizza out of some where was to wet to eat, Got Dinner deal out of here good replacement high recommended going here, Cheese and ham pizza was great,
We ordered three large pizza’s, but they didn’t even look like large pizza’s, more like medium. One of our pizza’s were wrong, and all our food was cold. The delivery driver was late but we weren’t upset at that since he got lost and it’s hard to see our house number.
Manager Omaji, this propably isnt the correct spelling of his name but i think youll know who i mean. His customer service is something ive never came across. Long silence after disputing order as if he's not even listening. Rude, his phone mannerisms are deplorable. Never again. The girl we spoke to at first was very nice.
Dominos Barrhead is probably one of the most shocking and disappointing branches from around in Glasgow. The manager in particular always has a very blunt tone to customers and many times says requests are not possible due to saving time and not wanting to put in the effort to redo an incorrect order. The branch never answers the phone which is shocking if you need to put through an order through phone or make any changes or add anything on - huge loss. If staffing is an issue then this needs to be sorted as customer service in here is at an all time low. I've been in here several times with every time the order being incorrect or requests being ignored. Going into the branch, I can hear the phone ringing constantly with many staff present to hear this but choose not to answer. I hope this is improved on!!
Takeaway with a small sitting in area, which I used for a quick lunchtime bite. Lunchtime Special small pizza for £1.99 i think - ideal. Server even helped me with choosing the toppings.
Review is not due to bad food, food always great! Review due to staffing, we waiting an hour for our order, phoned and told only one member of staff in to answer calls, prep & cook with only one driver in. Dominos should be staffing this with the right number of staff, really poor from them and letting the girl that was on down and left to take the brunt of this poor service. Staff your site how it should be, what if your one member of staff had an accident etc, nobody to help.
There was a fire alarm last week when we ordered pizza but Steve refunded us the money we had paid. Great service and great pizza. Thanks very much.
Lovely pizzas, collected my large pizza only to find it was a medium in a large box(mistakes happen)called them up to complain and without hesitation a large pizza was delivered to my door at no extra charge, what's not to like.
Domino's pizzas delicious. However sometimes the service is not as good as the pizza. 99 times out of 100 I would bet there is no issue with delivery. We ordered pizza one evening, and after an hour it hasn't arrived. I phoned them up and spoke to the manager who apologized and upgraded our meal. That would have been brilliant, however after another hour it still hasn't arrived. I tried calling again but by this time the store was closed. I called the next morning and spoke to a manager who issued a refund. They were apologetic enough, but it was enough to make me reconsider ordering from them for a while. Especially given how much the food costs from dominos. Absolutely extortionate, but delicious.
