   Highly recommended! We've used Caroline for two multi-location holidays where she has built itineraries, arranged flights, and booked accommodation, transfers and excursions. Caroline has great knowledge and resources available to her, she is calm, efficent & professional and there's no issue which she can't overcome (be it dietary requirements or queries/issues whilst away). This leaves you feeling reassured, with minimal admin to do and just a great holiday to look forward to! Everything is managed via a user friendly app and her prices are super competitive too. Will use again and again - she takes all the stress out of researching & booking holidays.

   Caroline booked a holiday for us in northern Spain. We stayed for eight days by the coast on the Costa Brava and then divided forces so that our three adult children spent three days in Barcelona whilst we drove up into the Pyrenees for three days. She found fantastic hotels for us all to stay in and dealt with flights, checking in, car hire et cetera. She was very communicative and kept us in touch with any changes or other information that we needed. We felt in very safe hands and really well looked after throughout.    We had booked a couple of holidays with Caroline in the past 18 months. One which had to be cancelled, one which is hopefully happening next March and the holiday that we have just come back from. Caroline booked us a fairly lastminute holiday. Our criteria was as follows: It must be in the green It must be hot There must be a beach & sea that you can swim in. There must be good sized swimming pool So Caroline came back with a few ideas, some which were snapped up straight away by others, and then we manged to get what we wanted. A lovely Half board hotel in Croatia in a beautiful location. It had a private beach, great pool, amazing food, with loads to do (if we wanted to.) Not only did Caroline do the research, and book the holiday, she also explained and sent the relevant details to us on the testing that we had to do before we went. Also the tests we had to do while we were there, and the test when we had returned home. Caroline got a link sent to us for a cheaper priced testing kit and we booked it online, which really did take any pressure, or stress away from us on which one to book. Caroline also checked us in on our outbound flight and suggested that we print out all the relevant paperwork to show the authorities, which was a great tip. It was great knowing that if we had any questions or queries that we could just contact Caroline and she came back us really quickly. It was so smooth and stress free to book with Caroline at Not just Travel. Caroline took all the all the searching for somewhere away from us, and came up with a fabulous trip, which was very much needed. Thank you and I am really looking forward to my trip in March 2022.

   Caroline helped us book our incredible Christmas adventure in Banff , Canada! After doing plenty of my own research Caroline was able to beat any cost I could find and sort out flights , accommodation , transfers and even the ski hire / passes. It was very helpful having all elements in place for us, to have the one point of contact. We were not disappointed with the accommodation Caroline found for us. Perfect location and facilities. Caroline managed our flights check in, even helpings facilitate a late upgrade for our return flights! Amazing service as always I would highly recommend using Caroline’s services for any type of holiday!
