I have been booking my family holiday with Tui Enfield, for many years. Always great customer service. Kim,is absolutely amazing, she always goes above and beyond to help me. She always keeps me updated and always finds me the holiday i want. Very caring and friendly.
I have had quite a bit of contact with TUI Enfield over the last couple of months and spoken to or been greeted by most of the staff. I have to say I have found every one of them extremely welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. My recent booking was finalised by Charlotte who was in the office on her day off but still took the time to assist me so that I didn’t have to wait too long. Great team!
I always found booking a holiday stressful, until this week when I went to TUI in Enfield town. I was looked after by a lovely young lady, Megan. She was so helpful and friendly and really understood what I wanted and went about finding it for me. So happy with my booking and will definitely go back to see Megan for my next trip.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Megan for all her help and understanding when I came in to book my holiday. I was unsure of what hotel to book in Turkey as I wanted to go somewhere new and it is a country I have never visited before. All my worries and concerns were put at ease as she went out of her way to explain everything in simple details in a way I understood it. She went out of her way to make sure that I had all the information I needed and I came away settled and confident that I have made the right decision. Kim at Enfield TUI branch helped us book a holiday today to Tenerife. I had popped into the Enfield branch about a month ago and mentioned we were looking for a holiday and would come in when ready. Kim remembered us and had already thought about what would suit us. We asked lots of questions that Kim was able to answer even down to printing off our e-tickets Would recommend coming here to book a holiday. Excellent service from Manager Tracey and her assistant Hayley. I went into shop with only an idea on how much I wanted to spend. Came out after quite a long time with a splendid holiday booked and under my budget. Would thoroughly recommend booking in store rather than online as the staff make sure you get everything you want from a holiday and more.
The only place I would book a holiday! The staff, especially the manager Tracy makes it all so smooth from start to finish answering many of my questions over the years! I’ve booked many holidays over the years with Kim and Roxy and each time they put my needs and wishes into reality!! I can not wait to go on my cruise in the new year.. book with the best you get the best.

Kim the advisor was absolutely fantastic and really helpful - she made the process of booking so easy and explained everything in depth along the way.
