   Ordered a standard chicken Pizza it was ready within about 10 minutes and the staff member was polite enough. The pizza itself was very bland and not worth the money I paid for it. I would have thought it would have been better with the local competition and the likes of Dominos and Pizza hut nearby.

   £36 for 2 medium pizza and 2 chicken popcorn That's with the 50% discount. I ask what it is without discount and it was £43 now I'm not the best at maths but 50% of £43 is £21.50 so I was told by the girl and the system told her. Shocking from Papa John's.

   Ordered a deal for delivery. £25.98 for an XXL pizza & 2x sides which included a premium chicken side. Issues from the beginning. Order said it had been delivered when we hadn't received anything. Phoned to be assured it's on it's way. Delivery guy gets to door & says your delivery is here now. It runs five minutes or so behind. Hands me big pizza box & another box containing garlic sticks. I say to the delivery guy there should be three boxes as there's chicken poppers been ordered. Now I can see something else in the bag, he assured me it's not mine despite me saying that's probably mine. I thought he was going to his car to check for the other box, so I'm stood at the door holding the two boxes & what was supposed to be his tip. Only to hear the car start & he disappeared into the night. Absolute thief, as that side was priced at £6.49. Tried calling the store back & they ignored my call. Well they've just lost a customer, I'll not be using Papa John's Dunfermline branch again as the delivery driver I got is nothing short of a thief. Pizza wasn't even that good either, arrived stone cold.

   oredered a thin based hawaian got sent a standard doughy badly cooked ordinary base with 12 small bits of pineapple the sauce tasted funny as well and , left a £2 tip in the tip jar which then charged me £2.34 . when i phoned up the girl was not interested and there was no way i could back check the order at my end , zero for customer service , i have been an over the counter customer many times and found the products to be good , today has changed all that , i would never buy from them again , customer care is appaling as was tonights food.

   Simply a genuinely enjoyable pizza. I've ordered pizza from almost every where in Dunfermline. From Pizza boy to Pizza hut and I can safely say, Papa John's is a good shout. From its online "Papa points" system to its 50% discount on all pizzas over £15 (these deals change) , they really reward the customer for coming back. Plus I personally think the pizza is decent. Sauce? Good. Base? Good. The cheese? Good. But that toffee apple pizza though, my god is that a fun and delicious desert. Seriously, order it even if you're just slightly curious. So far I'm a happy customer, can recommend.
