   I received amazing customer service from Martin and his team last week. I didn't want to order on the website as the items I wanted would take too long. I rang CB and Martin arranged next day delivery for me and couldn't be more helpful. I have been using CB for years in Bristol which has now shut down but will continue to do so online/over the phone as their customer service is exception and their items are just as nice. Thanks guys, you really helped my business out last week :)

   Great place and prices but mostly unlit. It was very dark and in some Aisles couldn't see anything properly. A shame really as we use to go to our nearest one in Loughborough before it was shut down. The Loughborough store was great and we were really looking forward to our trip to Birmingham. The variety has also diminished somewhat.

   Great items ....... Perfect for my floristry needs......pity most of the gold cards are now not acceptable......as I've been in the florist industry for a lot of years it's a shame that most gold card discounts, which used to be solely for florists, have been stopped......another nail in the industries coffin as it all extra now that comes out of the profit.....not good! .....so I've dropped it from a 5 star down to a 3......and the prices are definitely creeping up making the profit margins even smaller

   Excellent choice of florist sundries staff are extremely helpfull I phoned and spoke to matt about a trade card. When I arrived I filled out the form for a card and the two people on the till could not do enough to help me. Very professional and welcoming.
