Do not touch this company. In a time of grief, they've let me down for days! I'd love a response from a Director and to be taken seriously with a resolution and compensation. I ordered sympathy flowers with paid morning delivery because my mum had just suffered a sudden bereavement the previous week. Despite repeated assurances, the flowers were never delivered on the original date (Thursday). I was only told at 11am on the day – after my grieving mother had stayed in all morning waiting – that they wouldn’t arrive until Friday. On Friday morning I was told delivery would definitely be between 10:26 and 11:26. By early afternoon they still hadn’t arrived. When I chased in tears, I was told there had been “an incident on route” and to just keep checking the DPD tracking link, with no further help or estimated time. The tracking link has now expired and no flowers. Black Friday delays do not excuse repeatedly promising specific time windows and then failing to deliver on any of them – especially for sympathy flowers when emotions are already raw. A £6.95 delivery refund and a 10% off next order code is insulting in the circumstances. My mum is still in bits and has received nothing. This has caused unnecessary extra distress at the worst possible time. I am beyond devastated at how this has been handled.

Please look at the photos! The flowers I paid for Vs the flowers I got! This is what £35 (not including the £3.95 postage) gets you! Customer services are now being tricky! They actually suggested I removed the damaged dead foliage to make it look better!!! I sent these to a friend for her birthday. So embarrassing! Please avoid this utter rip off fraudulent company.

Very Disappointed – Not What Was Advertised I ordered the Spring Light bouquet (as shown in the first image) to be delivered yesterday, but was told it was damaged in transit. Arena Flowers quickly placed a second order, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, what arrived was absolutely nothing like what was advertised. The bouquet I received (pictured) is sparse, limp, and missing key flowers shown in the original product image — including the bright, full tulips, ranunculus, and the vibrant lavender touches. Instead, I received a lacklustre bunch that looked more like leftover stems thrown together, with some flowers already wilting or bent. For £48 + delivery, this feels incredibly poor value. I understand that flowers can vary, but the difference between the advertised bouquet and what arrived is unacceptable. A real letdown for what was meant to be a special Mother’s Day gesture.

Always delivering fresh beautiful flowers, so many in my subscription box. Customer services team is always helpful. Very happy with my purchases. :)

Positive experience overall. Except flowers were left by the courier on the doorstep, after having run the bell and left immediately. Gerberas have drooped prematurely after 36hrs but over all the Gemmae bouquet was very well received.

I received the Simmer bouquet, I was immediately shocked at the poor quality. As the bouquet had been purchased for me I was hesitant at complaining but felt I must. For this price I would have expected a little more. Customer service responded to each e mail suggesting I allow 24 hours and send further photos. They contacted me the following day and suggested a smaller slimmer vase? This would not detract from the poor quality stems. Their final response was "these are the flowers chosen for you". Suggesting I contact them again if the Lillie's did not open in a few days. I actually think the Lillie's may be the only stem left in a few days! Would not recommend Arena.

Incredibly good customer service. Sometimes things go wrong but a good company understands they can act to fix an issue and leave their customers with an even better appreciation of the service they offer. Louise was amazing, there was an issue and unfortunately it happened at a particularly stressful time for me. I was ready to cancel my subscription despite the flowers always being beautiful and the service so far , good. Like I said, poor timing and on the back of other problems with other companies who didn't respond so well. I just didn't have the time or inclination to deal with more administrative problems. Louise did everything she could to help and then some. I wanted to leave a review because this sort of service is rare now, it used to be more common. I value good service as highly as the quality of what I'm buying. As long as they are in business and keep these high standards, I will be a customer. Their subscription flowers are always beautiful and incredibly good value too.

DONT ORDER HERE- Overall, a terrible experience. I placed an order to have a plant and chocolate sent to my grandmother on her birthday about 2 weeks in advance. The day of the delivery I checked my phone over and over for updates. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. So I emailed customer service very upset & they explained the plant I chose couldn’t be mailed with chocolate so they didn’t send any thing at all. They NEVER contacted me to let me know this, when I had ordered 2 weeks prior to make sure it would be all set. They simply didn’t send my order. So I responded to just send any plant that could be sent with chocolate as soon as possible. They couldn’t deliver same day so pushed it to the next day, so now my order is 2 days after her birthday! And when I called my grandmother, she let me know she got the plant but didn’t even receive the chocolate that I paid for!! Might as well have just sent the first plant without chocolate then rather than her recieving nothing on her birthday. And they won’t give me a refund. Terrible place & terrible customer service. Stay away

The worst freshness of flowers that I have ever seen. I have paid £50 for a bouquet to be delivered next day for my partners birthday. Flowers were delivered next day, but not left in a safe place as emailed by the delivery company, they were left by the main door on the mat outside the house. Flowers were a but squashed when we got them out of the box and already quite a few flowers were falling off but we thought that it is a consequence of the delivery. We cut the ends by about one inch, added flower food to the water and left them in a darker cooler room to rest. There were some buds here and there so I thought that they will bloom as advertised by the seller. Next day they were loosing even more flowers and looked “tired” to say the least. By the end of day three they looked like more than a weeks old! I have tried to contact seller and complain via the app but for no use as there was no response, so be careful because there are so many good reviews advertised but in reality they are very quick to take the money but what you get in return is old flowers. Will never order again from this company!
