   Do not book, unclean apartment! We booked the Cavern Quarter Nest Apartment via booking.com for a 2 night stay Friday to Sunday. We received poor communication regarding accessing the apartment and ended up collecting keys from a local corner shop, which was far from secure. On arrival to our apartment at around 16:30 we found that the apartment had not been cleaned from the last guests. The beds were not cleaned, along with dirty dishes and towels around the apartment. We attempted to call the agent which initially did not go through. We eventually made contact with the agent at 17:30 who were vague in how this would be managed but stated that they had no one available to clean the property or to arrange for fresh bedding/towels. They told us initially that they would source alternative accommodation for us but then advised that they had none available. At one point they suggested that we could stay in the apartment with it uncleaned if we couldn't find anything else, which was unacceptable. We then spent around 2 hours on the phone to the agent and booking.com to identify somewhere else to stay. We were offered a house around 5km away which again was not up to the standard of the original booking. This ruined the first night of our trip and led to a great deal of stress for us all. We had to pay out of pocket for a second accommodation at an inflated price and are still waiting on a refund in the difference. We eventually got into our second accommodation at 22.30 after the whole evening trying to sort something out. I would advise against booking with this company, take your money elsewhere!

   Just back from a fabulous stay in Liverpool .. staying at the Focus Building Standish Street. The booking was easy and communication leading up to and during our stay was superb (shout out to Charlie) Apartment was perfect for us .. 2 couples wanting our own room and bathroom Facilties were great .. everything needed ie dishwasher tabs and tea towels ect were available .. and the balcony was lovely! Our bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen and plenty of towels! The location was perfect.. a small stroll into town The area is in a student accommodation area so may be busy at certain times .. but not an issue Overall a fantastic stay at Standish Street and would highly recommend

   The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely quiet (a must for me as an insomniac!). The location is great. There are restaurants within five minutes’ walk and the city centre itself is only fifteen minutes away by foot. The hosts kept in touch throughout our stay to check that everything was going well. I’d certainly recommend the apartment and hope to use it again when we next visit the gorgeous city of Liverpool!

   Cant beat the really central location. Q-park multi-storey conveniently located on the next street. Didn’t find the location too loud either, considering how central we were to the city centre. Comfortable beds and great shower. Modern and spacious for the 3 of us for our Saturday - Monday stay. The only thing I would be aware of that the collecting and return of the apartment keys does feel a little strange. However, it was efficient and worked well for us. And the 2 gentleman at the shop were friendly and it was no trouble. Just to be aware of if you’re having to carry your bags with you to collect / drop off. The communication before, throughout and after our stay has been great. Really clear instructions, and helpful recommendations for Liverpool, if you’ve not been before!

   We loved this apartment - for our stay in Liverpool prior to our daughter's wedding last week. Great location, all the amenities, spotlessly clean. The views were amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place! So many wonderful pubs/restaurants right there. I would love to live there! I noted a review that commented on the stairs. I'm 71 and my husband is 76. It was a push to get up to the apartment and the stairs to the second floor were a little daunting but we thought that was part of the charm.

   The apartment was clean warm and very comfortable. We had everything needed for the short city break. The location of apartments was ideal ten minute walk to centre of town and within comfortable walking distances From a number of points of interest , plus stones throw from good pubs and restaurants. Would definitely book these apartments again, Thank you.

   We loved staying here this week. Perfect central location but also peaceful. The apartment we chose was in walking distance to the city centre shops and numerous bars and restaurants; not to mention the impressive Anglican Cathedral (about a 5min walk away). The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you could need. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the gorgeous fluffy towels provided were just lovely. Our apartment was clean and bright. Checking in and out was extremely easy and the parking outside the apartment was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and the booking team were always courteous and on-hand to answer any queries. 10/10

   Wonderful stay in the fantastic apartment. Apartments location is ideal to see all that Liverpool has to offer. Apartment is high quality very clean and modern. Host is lovely to deal with. Highly recommend! Incredible stay in an incredible apartment. Thank you for the wonderful time.

   Had a fantastic weekend at this apartment. It was spotless and well appointed, everything you could need for a short or long stay and it has the most comfy beds. Enough space for two couples to not feel on top of each other when getting ready or relaxing. Lovely personal touch with the chocolates for my birthday. The area is beautiful with lovely pubs and restaurants close by and a short walk for all the sights in the centre. We will definitely use this again when we return to Liverpool.
