Tiny portions, over priced, poor flavour. Understaffed. Empty carousels. Basically awful. Waited 40 minutes for awful food. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. I visited the same restaurant a few times over the years, but it has declined markedly since covid. I won't go there again and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for food.

Seated quickly by friendly enough staff and lots of food on the conveyer but disappointed with value for money. We ordered 4 small plates to share (16 pieces of sushi) which came to over Β£25. If we ordered enough to actually fill us up plus drinks we could have easily spent Β£50-Β£75+ between the two of us for lunch. Having not ordered drinks or hot food we did not need service from the wait staff apart from being seated, however were told there was a 7% service charge added. We could have asked to have it removed but thatβs an uncomfortable situation to be put in so we chose to leave it to save humiliation for either side. Sadly will not be returning to any Yo Sushi location.

First time bringing the kids. Lovely staff, clean, plenty of choice on the conveyor, quick delivery of a vegetarian menu choice made by using the QR code. Unhurried, not too busy. We are easily overwhelmed - especially in a mall environment - but this has been pleasant and manageable.

First time experiencing a Yo! We were very much looking forward to it. The one memeber of serving staff showed us to a bench seat, the strange sticky plastic cover was a little strange. There was some food on the floor, but as there was only one member of staff, it was probably difficult to do everything. There was very little to choose from the conveyor belt, (which was in need of a deep clean) mostly puddings. We chose from the menu. Just under Β£8 for 4 small pieces of delicious chicken was a bit disappointing. We asked if more food choice was going to appear passing by infront of to tempt us, but it seemed not, so again ordered something from the menu via the QR code, which worked well, and was delivered at the same speed as everything there. Glad we went and tried it the once.

This was a yo sushi first for my 6 & 8 year old boys. My 8 year old does not eat a wide variety of food, so my partner and I thought we were in for a challenging evening. But we were wrong! The Bento boxes were a hit! We also tried some of the kids bento box and it was nice. Our food (California rolls and lots of other dishes) was excellent. However most notable to our meal was the service! Aedan was caring and tended quickly to our order of drinks and food. The manager was very friendly and spent time with our kids at the end of the meal. The kids loved the attention and the meal. A great meal. Thanks to Aedan and the manager, much appreciated, we will be back!

First time at Yo! And it was great, the novelty of your food and drink coming on a conveyor belt is great (although slightly frustrating when it not your food that goes past). We had a variety of things including Yo! fries, popcorn shrimp, duck roll, chicken gyoza, Avocado Maki and more. They were all great and came in good time. Canβt wait to come again!

Feel very sorry for the staff here because there simply arent enough of them to deal with yo sushis terrible new ordering system. Stacks of plates left uncollected and dirty tables. The ordering system via qr code is a massive step back and simply slows down the whole process. Had to wait over 40 minutes for 4 items of food to come, with refills of water and miso simply never turning up. Hugely overpriced for what used to be quick and reliable food. Probably my last trip to a yo sushi

Where to start. Kitchen work perfectly. Service was slow, forgot stuff, mess on the table, cleaning tables took ages( toot them min 5-10 mins before they started cleaning and they didnt clean it properly food was still on the table after they βcleaned itβ Disgusting. Dirty glasses because they didnt know how to use clout. Disgusting again. 7 ppl left because they didnt want to wait when waiter will finaly clean tables. So if you need somebody who know what he/she doing let me know and I will train them and show them how to do their work properly

Updated review - we visited here again today as a family and the food was delicious however the service was extremely poor! We had to go and get our own cutlery as our food arrived but we had nothing to eat it with and then we waited ages for our drinks. The service gets worse unfortunately. Previous review - We enjoy this as a treat and is always delicious. My only negative is that the waiters could be a little more attentive when you order bottomless green tea etc you have to really battle to get their attention.

First time at YO! A pleasant experience, enjoyable food and great service from the chef. Just a little difficult justifying the cost of such small dishes. Family of four Β£70? A lot of money for essentially a light lunch. Would now like to try other sushi bars for comparison.
