1 star is too much Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a short break to Berlin for the Christmas markets from Wowcher through Travel Crew. I paid extra to go on flights for dates & times which suited us better. I was told I would receive my flight ticket and hotel confirmation 2 weeks before the departure date. I received nothing so I called and was told it was being worked on. I then received a call 6 days before the departure to be told the flights were cancelled. I went to the Ryanair website and the same flight was available. They offered the trip on different dates which did not suit. They would not give a refund and said I had to claim the cost of the trip back from my holiday insurers. The insurers refused to refund so I went back to Travel Crew. They initially said they would not honour the booking as it was cancelled. I put some pressure on them and they offered me a trip to a completely different trip to a different country. I felt obliged to go as I was worried about not getting my money back and I was struggling to get advice from Citizens Advice in time prior to departure. Wowcher were impossible to get hold of and have never contacted me to discuss the issue. I only received the booking code for the reorganized trip less than 24 hours prior to departure. Do yourself a favour and avoid these companies, it’s not worth the stress, hassle, disappointment and heartbreak.

I booked a short break to Budapest from Wowcher through Travel Crew. They didn’t have my dates available so I paid extra to go the Albania instead. I was told I would receive my flight ticket and hotel confirmation 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later came and I received nothing so I called. I was then told I will get the booking 2 weeks before the trip. I called 2 weeks before the trip as I still didn’t receive anything. I called again today to understand what is happening as I have not received anything 10 days before the trip. I was told the flight was cancelled but I went to the Ryanair website and the same flight was available. They offered another trip but I refused. If I did not call multiple times would they not have said anything about the flight? I now believe this is a scam and have raised with Wowcher to remove them. If I do not receive my refund I will call my bank. Thanks Travel Crew, my birthday has been ruined.

I purchased a Wowcher deal through Travel Crew but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The deal they tried to sell me over the phone was completely different from what was advertised. They attempted to add extra charges, failed to provide clear details or bookings, and caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. When I raised these issues, the staff were unhelpful and frankly rude. Despite explaining that I never booked anything with them due to the misleading information, they have still not processed my refund. This service was not as described and does not meet the criteria set out by Wowcher. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before handing over any money. Terrible company you should not use them!

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid The Travel Crew at All Costs. We booked a named 4 star hotel holiday package to Crete through The Travel Crew, via Wowcher only to discover that the holiday package they sold us didn’t really exist. I believe they took our money for a completely fictional holiday that doesn’t exist, as we where told the hotel was no longer available, however I need to make clear that as of today some months later the the “holiday” is still live and available to purchase on Wowchers page. Instead of offering a refund or offering a comparable alternative, they attempted to offer us a substandard hotel, a hotel i suspect is the real holiday on offer all along as two different travel advisors offered us the same hotel on separate calls. The hotel was far below the quality advertised at 3 stars with really bad Tripadvisor reviews. To make matters worse, they tried to up-sell us on “better” flights, clearly just a tactic to squeeze even more money from us after already failing to deliver on their original promise. Since then, our experience has gone from bad to worse and we still don’t have our money back after many weeks of back and forth in emails. Wowcher send you to Travel Crew saying the voucher has been redeemed . travel crew send you back to Wowcher. Every attempt to get a resolution has been met with silence, dismissive responses, or being bounced from one person to another with no accountability and absolutely no progress. They have completely washed their hands of responsibility and continue to ignore our concerns. This company is disorganized, untrustworthy, and clearly only interested in taking your money without providing the service they promise. I would never recommend The Travel Crew to anyone – in fact, I’d strongly urge you to stay far away from them. They’ve ruined what was supposed to be a last minute summer break for us, and they’ve shown zero interest in providing a refund and still currently have our money.

Dealing with Travel Crew and, by association, Airwaay has been exhausting. I have been the subject of deceptive practices. To call the service poor is putting it very mildly. From cancelled flights to cancelled car hire, every single step of this journey has been a failure. I will never use ANY travel company again, let alone Travel Crew, due to the experience I have had over the last 6 months. I fear for the next customer who will inevitably be conned and cajoled into handing over their hard-earned money to the crooks in this company. I have a history in customer service, sales and retail. Never in my life have I dealt with such blaggers. If you do something wrong, or make mistakes, then the best policy it transparency. But im stead, Travel Crew lie over and over again to save face. Even when presented with evidence of their poor practices, I was met with an attitude of indifference. "Ralph" told me that my concerns were irrelevant when my flight was cancelled due to lack of payment by Travel Crew. "Leo" gave multiple false timescales of when refunds would be made. "Steve" provided false information on company email addresses when requested. These failures are the tip of a very large iceberg when it comes to the poor working practices of this business. Instead of being able to look forward to a beautiful holiday, I spent the run up with the stress of chasing flights. It even got to the stage of me calling my bank because I feared I was the victim of a scam. I had to seek legal advice to pursue a criminal and civil claim against Travel Crew. Even after, by some miracle, managing to get to Australia, I have had a holiday of a lifetime ruined by more issued on arrival. Having to contact the company on the day of my friend's wedding as I was left with no car hire on arrival. Travel Crew claim to have processed a refund of £430 for the cancelled car hire but I am yet to receive any funds. I have contacted my bank who cannot see any pending transactions. How I have been treated throughout this experience has been nothing shy of disgusting. I am exhausted with the false promises and the flat out lies that are made over and over again.

I have had a very bad experience with this agency. They didn’t refund my money during peak COVID. The staff take the customers for a ride and failed to convince as to why they would deduct nearly 200£ for each of my 5 tickets as a penalty. Not an agency worth booking tickets from. Travelcrew is the mother of scam travel agencies.Their website mentions the office in vista centre in Hounslow ,London . I have personally been there for my refund since they kept on lying over the numerous phone calls. No office of this fraudulent agency exists in that building and no one there seems to know or heard of this agency before. It’s better to buy your tickets from ATOL specified travel agency and Travelcrew doesn’t figure on the list. The managers and staff are highly trained to loot you of your money. They are yet to return my full refund and keep ignoring my phone calls. I would not give even a single star to these frauds but without this I would not be able to write this review.

My father just passed away. I am trying to change My aunts flight as she is travelling back to NZ to console my distraught uncle. She booked a flexi flight which should be able to be changed. I understand there may be costs involved in changing tickets but they are trying to charge me the cost of a whole new fight. I will never recommend this business as this is highway robbery without compassion. The staff wouldn't listen and were rude and continuously shouting over myself and other family through the phone.

I have never experienced such a rude sales staff ever. They don’t have training to speak and work with civilised country clients. ( May be sitting in foreign country) Made an online purchase of tickets and then received a call from sales staff who tried to force include some stupid perks at 40% extra cost. When asked to issue ticket as purchased he cancelled the booking. Think twice before making any booking with them they will ruined your dream holidays for the sake of their greed.

Fake/Scam Company! They're also know as "Airwaay" & have a ton of fake reviews everywhere under that name too. Within minutes of booking your tickets, they will call you & demand more money as they threaten that they won't issue you your tickets! They say a variety of things like there was an error you made putting the information in, the ticket you bought is no longer available, etc. Refunds take MONTHS. Buyer beware

Agent rang back to offer flight tickets to Orlando for family of 4 in December nearly £2500, looked later on their internet site and paid £1096. Two weeks later, They now saying the childrens date of births were wrong and looking £580 to amend. The best of it is, I’ve rang American Airlines and gave them all the correct dates and they’ve made a note on the system. They haven’t even paid AA for the tickets. They are now trying to tell me it’s £57 a ticket to cancel. The reality is they have sold the tickets at a price they can’t buy at and looking to extort more money out of us. I’ve got proof the date of births are correct and AA have the correct information. Horrible company to deal with, if you pay a little more elsewhere, it’s well worth it **The day after writing this review, the good customer care personnel called and tried to make amends. They tried to offer me flights departing later on the scheduled day and arrive back on an earlier flight. I said to them I will go home and speak to my wife. The next day I got back to Vani and she said we had till 5pm the previous day to decide(this was never told to myself). I rang American Airlines again and they informed me they have the correct details and there is no admin charge to be paid. It is all Travelcrew who are charging the extra. After they said the tickets weren’t available now, they were looking £690 to issue the tickets. They are desperate to refund me as they can’t issue the tickets at the price I’ve paid. The problem is now the tickets have gone up significantly as we are nearly two months on and no tickets issued!!!! I think it more than fair that what it costs me extra to pursue this company further for the additional costs. They have had plenty of opportunities and we are no further. I would advise anyone who thinks they have a cheap deal to pay extra and save themselves the aggravation of trying to save a family holiday!
