Waited nearly two hours for a delivery. Can’t leave reviews on just eat to let others know. Avoid!!!!!!!
I made the mistake or ordering a large Donna kebab, i knew that something was wrong when i saw them microwave the meat.for £7.90 I was disgusting by the portion size, the portion fitted in the palm of my hand and no pita bread, when I complained the person was disinterested
My food came after 1.5 hours late and was told it should come between 35 and 50 minutes my kids didn’t have any food all day and we’re waiting all day for it. When it finally came I ordered 3 chicken burgers 1 mild and 2 were Chili it came 1 was good and then the others were absolutely disgusting, it was beef the beef was brown ( not in a good way ) and it was not Chili I called them and they said that we can’t do anything about it and I said what do I do my kids are hungry and they said they can’t take it back and I said that can yo give us our correct order and they said you need to pay I was absolutely shocked I paid nearly £50 for that order and I had to pay another tenner and my other daughter ordered 4 chicken nuggets and only got 3 I’m telling you do not order from this place it is absolutely horrible.
Phoned for 2 baked potatoes…the lad on the phone was polite,very helpful & friendly. Delivery was here within 25 min,delivery driver was again polite,friendly & had gd banter. The baked potatoes were delicious,well buttered and salted,cooked well…fluffy inside & crispy skin…had cheese and coleslaw tubs for the filling. Coleslaw was epic,really crunchy & creamy. Would definitely recommend the baked potatoes…I’m actually a regular customer of spud spot & would recommend the pizzas,wraps & burgers…my favourite tho is chips,spicy mince & cheese…10/10. Overall,the whole experience was flawless,faultless & delicious…will remain a loyal customer.

Ordered baked potatoes tonight with butter, cheese and onion. Food finally arrived 40 mins late, bone dry with no butter, only one tub of filling and the potatoes were freezing cold. If you want somewhere with little to no customer service, this is your place!
Order took about 90 minutes, food came and was sweaty in the container and luke warm. Will not use again
Food was OK. Charged 90p for a tub of tomato sauce. Won't be back, EVER.

Used for years, never again. Last 2 orders were vile. Both orders had normal sized potatoes not baking potatoes. Everywhere has raised prices but you can't raise them and HALF portions! Last order had several hairs in 5 out of 9 boxes that we seen. Phoned for refund and asked them to collect food, angry man told me the Manager wasn't in so nothing he could do! Still have photos of food on my phone.
