   We booked this holiday to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary . This was our 7th booking with Tui. We always booked at Tui store Lakeside.I called and booked an appointment and we had to wait more than 30 minutes until the agent came for the appointment from her break and we didnt book on that day as the agent said she will look for more options the next day and call me. The next day I received a call past 6 evening from another agent saying the first agent has fallen sick. I booked another appointment for the next fay.First I requested king bed when i did the bookinh explaining thay we had a bad experience in Turkey which I booked through Tui in Tui store at Lakeside. When I came home, I realized in the app it was double bed. The following day I called Tui Lakeside and told them. The customer service said she will email and it'll be changed. The day before we travelled, which was 01/10/25 I saw it was not changed and called the number to call if I have any amendment to make. She said she emailed while I was on the call. When we came to the hotel, we were given double bed and I was furious . On top of that, we wanted to pay and cchoose our seats in the plane avoiding the wings and asked for advice as I didnt know where to choose. She recommend the seats and when we came to the plane, we were on the wings.

   Recently went into Tui lakeside to book our honeymoon, we was helped by isla who went through a couple of options with us. We finally settled on a destination and then she also sorted out our travel insurance. On arriving home found an email to state Isla had booked us onto a free excursion. Thank you this means so much especially for our honeymoon!

She took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed. It really felt like she cared and wasn’t just rushing through. If you're heading to the TUI store in Lakeside, I definitely recommend asking for Shama – she's brilliant!

   Sarah in the Thurrock holiday store was absolutely amazing. She managed to book us in with a very short notice for a consultation and she went the extra mile explaining her experience with our destination. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating - she even went through the trouble of discussing our holiday plans with the head office to find a more suitable airport! We are really grateful for her brilliant insights.

   Friendly and knowledgeable staff, we booked our wedding here and made us feel so welcome and special. Will always book in this store going forward. Any issues along the way has been a quick call and no stress. We didn’t really know what we wanted going in to book and Georgia helped us find the perfect hotel for our wedding. It can be overwhelming with so much choice now a days, so very reassuring having a professional point of call. Excellent customer service from all members of the team.
