    Booked with them they have mis sold me a holiday they cannot forfll falce advertisement and sold me somthing that doesnt exist. Propper rude rude customer service agents. . They dont care after they have just taken 15,000 pounds off me , avoid this company save the stress and book else where, they have ruined our holiday befor we have even left. Do not recommend, appalling company to deal with utter useless offered 150£ compo which is a absolute insult, wondering what else is going to go wrong on our actual holiday.

    Not worth 1 star. We have just returned from a villa holiday in Florida arranged by Ocean Holidays. The 4 bed villa was of a very poor standard and had a total of 24 issues ranging from torn lanai round the pool, torn pool fence, dirty pool surfaces, defective fittings inside with the final straw being a soiled mattress cover in the master bedroom only being discovered on stripping the sheets when leaving. The lanai was repaired during our stay, with no prior warning. We had paid an insurance against breakages prior to our departure. On returning to the UK we complained to Ocean Holidays and were eventually offered a refund of the insurance and £125 in compensation, despite the full cost of the villa probably exceeding £2000. To date, no refund has been forthcoming despite several reminders from ourselves.

    I booked with Ocean Florida back in 2023 - for an October 2024 trip - we got back a few days ago. Got to say - was not expecting them to be this good. I've used Virgin holidays before but for some reason - and it was mainly service I went with OF. From a payment plan to availability of tickets, add ons, communication, questions answered I felt was all there. I loved my holiday and grateful for the experience and just wanted to jump on and recognise this. We had amazing memories - and don't forget to check memory makers are included. Mine was and the pictures in Disney are superb and a brilliant add on. I also liked the additional vouchers and discounts. Didn't use them all but was a nice feature. The apartment at Bahama Bay was fine as a base, the flat above was really disruptive and noisy. Car hire was fine(ish) British Airways went to plan. Just some of the amazing memories due to this company. Velocicoaster was insane - -really fun

    I am so impressed by Ocean Florida - soon after emailing them my requirements I had a call from Steven Taylor, who right from the start has been nothing short of brilliant. He spent time listening to what our requirements were for our family holiday to Florida and helped and advised us along the way. He was so honest with us about pricing and how we could make our money go further. He is knowledgeable about that part of the world which helped enormously on choosing the right places to stay and see. Steve was a pleasure to talk to and very patient. We changed our requirements a few times with flight changes and dates, and he sent us updated itineraries each time - they are clear and concise. We were always able to get hold of him whenever we needed to. Thank you so much Steve, we can't recommend you highly enough, and it was such a pleasure working with you.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will happily book your holiday and take all your money and if you have any reason to make a change they say that it is possible to change everything about your holiday ( I even referenced their terms and conditions and was promised that I can change the season, the location, the year even, which is against what their terms and conditions say but they promised they could) but when you try to, they refuse and want thousands of pounds from you to cancel. Why would I pay thousands to cancel a holiday. I have paid £750 in deposits so far and would like to make changes to my holiday as I was told I can. Because they won't make the changes I said, oh just cancel it then and I'll lose the £750. No, losing £750 isn't good enough. They want £2,000 for me to cancel. Bear in mind my holiday is over a year and a half away, plenty of time to cancel. No flights have been booked, no hotel has been reserved. They would be just pocketing the £750 and making money on this but they want more. They are making me mentally ill with all this heartbreak and I have even emailed them, opening my heart to them, letting them know what this stress is doing to me and still they don't care. They want £2,000 for a holiday that I have cancelled. It's awful. They have a choice to cancel my holiday and let me move on with my life but they are choosing to punch me into the ground as far as they can. Such horrible people.

    Couldn’t recommend ocean holidays enough. We have just got back from a family holiday to Florida and I can honestly say I would never book with anyone else. Our holiday was booked by Flint and he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to put together our dream trip. Having originally booked with virgin, but decided that the customer service wasn’t as good as it could be, ocean Florida really exceeded our expectation, and not to mention the trip being almost £3000 cheaper! We had a slight issue with tickets not loading online, but after one phone call, the problem was solved within 5 minutes. The best experience we have ever had when booking a holiday! Having had such a good experience, we have decided to book again, and or course we chose ocean Florida! Our 2024 Florida trip has been booked by Matt, again the whole experience has been amazing. We discussed what we wanted, received the quote and booked. There is no pressure and the staff aren’t pushy or just trying to sell, they really do want to book your dream trip. Just waiting to add on tickets and Disney when they become available. To everyone we have spoken to, thank you all for being such an amazing company, as a family we have all recommended you to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book with you guys for all of our future trips :)

    We booked our holiday last year for November 2021 in the hope the world would be a little more ‘normal’. 9 of us booked for a Villa for 2 weeks. Our flight was for the 9th November and America opened up to the world on the 8th November. We decided not to change our booking and hold off and see. Throughout the process Ocean Florida were truly helpful. Being able to pay in instalments helped too. We were given additional freebies throughout and no questions I asked were seen as being a pain in the bum. However, due to the uncertainty of America opening it’s boarders, flights were changed about 4 times and our actual addressed Villa also changed. The team talked us through our options. The villa was very nice inside (could have done with a different option on their cream carpet choice on the stairs and to the bedrooms because it was looking rather used but it didn’t change anything about the experience). I also had an issue with my drivers licence not being sent back from the DVLA in time and having to change the details on the hire car (we needed a big car as only 1 driver left). Turns out it’s not as simple as swapping a name over. Lauren went above and beyond taking her 3 days and push back from the hire company but managed to get it changed, get the same car and at no extra charge. We also phoned the hire company and hit the same brick walls. Would recommend this company and will use them again without a doubt in the future.
