   Waited 30 minutes for my order to be prepared and when I recueved it it wasnt correct, wrong crisps given, wrong bread, more lettuce than anything, minimal sauce. The new kiosk ordering is a joke can only modify existing options instead of creating your own sub, what was wrong with the old system??? I used to be in and out in 5 minutes 10 if it was busy. Now waiting 30 minutes for a below par sandwich that isnt correct. Get rid of the kiosk system and bring back the human element to ordering. Absolute joke.

   Staff in Musselburgh are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are extremely careful when preparing gluten free subs. The food as always was excellent.

   I’m not even sure it deserves one star. Absolutely shocking service from a deliveroo order which was completely wrong and they weren’t willing to send the right order. 10 days for a refund too. Both rolls we received were disgusting thrown together.

   This is in port seton to be honest wasn't as good as I'd expect from a subway, the meat honestly it was like ham out of the supermarket definitely not the standard I'd expect. I not sure if they were maybe busier than they would expect afterall was hottest day we went on.

   Tiny and gets busy, staff always extremely friendly (unlike some nearby Subway shops I could mention). No complaints about the food - busy enough that it's not sitting for ages.

   Great staff, great customer service and a great selection. It's Subway so don't expect Michelin star gourmet but I'll be damned if those sandwiches don't scratch a serious itch. Also, as someone who can't really walk past a Subway, beats Every other Subway in Edinburgh hands down!
