   Absolutely awful. Would give 0 stars if possible. Got a mix of small dishes, some of which I've included photos of. Both of those chicken orders in the photos cost £5.95 each. £5.95 for a box of 3 burnt chicken pieces and a crumb. Shocking. Both were either chewie, burnt or both. Also delivered late and cold, which is forgivable. But to then be greeted with disgusting food was a slap in the face. Firehouse Grill clearly hold low standards for their customers, so I won't be ordering again. Spent £30 on our order and most of it went in the bin. Avoid at all costs.

   I used order here frequently. But my last order was terrible. My order was late, incorrect, and parts not edible. The XL hotdog is now tiny, and the firehouse fries were cold, dry, with overloaded ranch sauce trying to compensate. Its was a cold congealed mess we could not eat. Our bbq base pizza turned up tomato, and it being gluten free if they can't get the base right how are we to have faith its actually gluten free - not worth the risk for my celiac wife. The worst part is the customer service. I called to complain we got, an apology and several excuses. The order went in the bin. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering there again I suggest you give them a miss.

   Ready to give up on this place. Food is great & regularly order. My son does not like salad or sauce so add same note every time. Order arrives with receipt attached & my note visable. Yet again son can only eat half burger as salad & sauce included. Happens more often than not. Unsure why basic note can't be followed

   Tonight I ordered a 12inch grill box from firehouse grill. 1rst one was terrible everything burnt and overcooked chips where freezing, chicken was overcooked dry and hard to eat portion size was terrible. So I called the restaurant and spoke with a well mannered employee who promised a replacement sent out to us which I accepted happily. The second box was not much better. Onion rings where black and smelt burnt chips where freezing and over salted. Mushrooms where missing. I am not happy atall it was a complete waste of money. The only redeeming point of the experience was the burger which was nice.

   Ribs were absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly tender. BBQ Boneless chicken bites were a lovely starter and when dipped in the blue cheese dressing, OOOOOOFFFT! Will 100% order again. It may seem pricey but the portion sizes are incredible, worth every penny.

   Order made from Uber Eats and delivery was estimated at between 45mins to an hour, which was fine, but actually arrived in about 20/25 mins, all food packaged well and was piping hot. The quality of the chicken tenders and burgers, were of a very high standard and tasted amazing. Also fries were awesome.
