   We had it our dinner delivered this evening, and it was hands-down the best Indian Takeaway we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken marsala along with the onions and naan were out of this world.

   I had a really disappointing experience at Bombay Dreams in Cumbernauld. I accidentally selected “cash” instead of “card” while placing my order online — a simple, mistake — and the way the staff treated me was honestly shocking. When I arrived to collect my food, I explained the situation and offered to pay by card there and then, but instead of handling it politely or professionally, they were incredibly rude. I was made to feel small and embarrassed over something that could’ve been sorted out in seconds. At one point, it seemed like they weren’t even going to give me the food I had ordered, which felt completely unnecessary. Mistakes happen, and customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience for them. Sadly, this experience has really put me off returning. A bit of understanding and basic courtesy goes a long way — unfortunately, that was lacking here. Been a customer for 10 plus years won't be back

   Not bad but I've had a lot better, my balti was meant to be hot with chillis which is wasn't and my work mate asked for a chicken tikka dish and got lamb. To be fair they did offer to change it and the service was pretty good but the food let it down.

   Lovely restaurant. Food was cooked to perfection. The mixed platter for starters is huge but so tasty. Our waiter was really friendly, then I got confused because his twin brother works there too. Reasonably priced too.

   Bombay Dreams is the best place in cumbernauld for a curry. They've kept their standards for all these years and never had any issues. Delivery time is roughly under an hour because they are making their currys fresh, so, good timing. Best place for takeaway and to sit in.

   Regular customer….NO MORE!!!. Not for the first time delivery completely cold! Called to complain and usual sorry sorry, can we send new food?! Soggy Salad (NOT FRESHLY CUT & FRAGMENTS OF PAKORA IN FISH AND CHIPS BOX, CLEARY DIRTY DEEP FRY!!!!)Well no, because you have ruined our night!” The response was “Can i offer you 25% off your next order” How insulting as there’s probably 400% profit in food AT LEAST. Spent £130 last week in the restaurant 2 weeks ago (2 Adults 2 Kids) only 2 Alcoholic drinks. THEY’RE HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT 25% OFF “NEXT ORDER”!!!!! NO CHANCE, GOODNIGHT VIENNA . NEVER AGAIN!
