   Phoned an order at 6pm this evening and was told delivery would be within 30 minutes. An hour passes and still no food, so I called back and was told my order was with the driver and it would be with me soon. After nearly another 20 minutes of waiting I called again, only to be told that they're very busy and I shouldn't have been told it would take 30 minutes. 5 minutes later my food arrives!!! Woohoo! I'm starving by this point, only to be served up with cold food. This chippy is generally decent and prompt. Not on this occasion

   30 pound for 3 sausage suppers and curry sauce and fritters didn’t even give us curry sauce and fritters food tasted horrible under cooked and super greasy over priced and kids hated it one bite and in the bin horrible

   For me, personally, over priced. I bought a bag of chips, (not a large bag) and 2 fritters. Cost me over £8.00. Now, I never took a receipt, so I don't know if I was charged for a large bag of chips, when I got a small bag of chips. But, over £8.00 I think is exsesive.

   Over 2 hours for delivery. Food arrived and curry sauce had leaked all over the bag. Fish and chips were cold and inedible. Full of bones Dismissive customer service when called to check all ok. Won't be ordering again

   The worst fish and chips we have ever had…. We gave this three attempts the last one will be the last it was awful rancid oil the tastes was terrible we have recently moved to this area gave it a fair go but never again miserable portion of chips that were soggy the fish as well but the taste of over used oil was unbelievable. No wonder there was never a queue!!!!!!!

   Ordered a special fish and chips and there was absolutely no issues. Plenty of chips.. no grease. Perfecto. The fish was great and the batter was crispy. Best chippy in Cumbernauld. If that's their standards then there's no other chippy that come close in Cumbernauld. The delivery was rapid, I'd say it was here within 25 minutes. I'd highly recommend. Well done

   Service is as slow as a week in the jail. 3 of them behind the counter serving 1 at a time. Cooking 1 order then doing another. Absolute nightmare when your in a rush
