   The staffs are kind and friendly, and the food quality is decent. However if you are sitting in to eat, the smell of smokes is somewhat unbearable. After around a 5 minute meal, my entire shirt and jacket is filled with a smoky scent that didn't go away after an entire day out. Would recommend installing a few windows and ventilation system to clear out the smoke.

1. Hell Awaits ★★★★★

   Again, did not visit but passed by. The only time I was at a Tim Hortons was in Kandahar back in 2009. That was the real deal, and according to friends, the original is far better than franchises outside Canada. However, I will give full marks, based upon my earlier experience and the fact after 3 months in the field eating compo, I could enjoy tasty food once again (even though it was junk but the coffee was outstanding).

   Drive through coffee shop Open till 11pm Best donuts ever Modern decor Aesthetically pleasing Lots of parking Thankfully this store has a control condition that children under 18 need to be with an adult after 6pm.

   The self service ordering makes placing an order quicker and easier. Staff are polite and the seating space is clean. A regular stop for us before football matches and after training to get a hot drink and warm back up.

   Great drinks and coffee. The donuts look great! Sadly no gluten free options at all so probably won’t be back. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t need gluten free.

   Went in for breakfast told it would be 30 mins wait so decided just to have hot chocolate which we were told would be 5 minutes wait , 20 minutes later we were still waiting. Customers were getting really irrate at having to wait over 30 mins and a few customers just asked for their money back. I felt sorry for the young assistant as customers were taking it out on him he was polite and apologised to everyone for their wait saying they were short staffed , management should have got this issue sorted before opening. We also noticed that delivery service appeared to be priority in getting orders out . Won't stop me going back as the Yule log hot chocolate was delicious

   They need to employ more staff. They prefer you to use the machine instead of being served by an actual person unless they are handing you your food. Card only. The floors needed brushed as there was a lot of food underneath the tables and no soap in the toilets. Using the drive through, my drink order was wrong and the push they give for you to buy the tim bits wasn't fulfilled. Check your order before you leave and they will correct it. Staff that are there are pleasant and willing to help, but I can't help that may change when they are stretched extra thin. I really like the coffee and the food feels freshly made. The kids meals are a little on the small side and my kids don't have big appetites, but still wanted more.

   First time visit. Not a fan of electronic screen ordering. Quiet but took a wee while for order - no sugar in coffee (why is option on screen when it's self service?). No butter on or for bagel! Tasted ok though.
