They make the best pizza in the surrounding area. Great flavour and plenty of toppings. Orders are also very quick.
I've ordered from Village takeaway countless time . Food always good , but tonight's order was poor . The cheese doritos was a thin top layer of melted cheese over top the doritos . Couldn't be bothered to spread it thru the crisps . The donner kebab ( regular ) poor also . Photo of meal in the food bin
Just ordered two pizza from here. A wee bit pricey for what you get. Extra toppings were £2 each but you had to really look hard to find them on the pizza. Both pizzas were very salty. Not impressed. Used to be very good but not going to use again.
Food wasn’t fresh, ordered a mix pakora and only got load of mushroom with 1 piece of chicken and 1 piece of veg. Ordered a portion of samosas and only got 3 with a whole load of chips for some reason? (Think they ran out) Be the last time I order after being a very good customer, this place has went right down hil.
Food 10/10 Service quick food has never been better we are regular customers. The language barrier can be difficult at times but the food is always a winner for us. We have also ordered alcohol any issues were worked out quick. Thank you again for a lovely order tonight.
Only time I've ever binned a pizza.
Last twice I have ordered a bbq chicken kebab and been given a chicken tikka kebab..orders are never what you ask for so won't be ordering again.
If I could leave a ZERO I would! I ordered food tonight at 6.10 and never received my order it’s now 11.40pm / I had to order other food from another local takeaway after waiting over 2 hours cause the village takeaway don’t answer there phones / on just eat it has been marked as delivered and isn’t / I’ll be taking this further to get a refund!!! Poor service and paid in full with no food AVOID
Just had a king mixed kebab delivered 1hr and 1/2 ago. The pita bread was not cooked and soggie i have photos. The grease dripoed off all the meat which stank. I called them to complain about it and was promised that they would send me a new fresh meal 22.24 still nothing called the shop 3 times no answer. Avoid this takeaway like the plague.
Tried it once. A burnt offering that was just about edible. I don’t know how it achieved ratings of 10/10, 9/10 etc. The best thing about it was that it arrived on time. Won’t be ordering again
