   Was in a few days ago and was treated very well by a blonde girl, Chloe, i have nothing but positives to say about her and she had such an angelic smile. The food was fantastic and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and kind, i have nothing negative to say, very pleased.

   Give Sid a raise! I did not expect a full table service and such professionalism at a Burger King. Sid greeted us as soon as we stepped in, gave us a full table service and made sure everything was good. His friendliness and care was an instant mood lifter. A+ class service!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sid is an absolute star! Popped into BK Cumbernauld and Sid turned a quick stop into a full‑blown mood boost. His energy is unreal, warm, fun, and genuinely uplifting.    I visited Burger King yesterday around 7pm and was greeted by Selina and Ellie. Although a busy Saturday night, both girls took their time to accommodate my family and I, such polite and genuine girls. What a Brilliant service as always from here, will be returning, thank you!!

   I wasn't feeling unwell so I may have made a mistake but I paid £5.99 for a whopper non meal. It felt as though there weren't enough front of house staff. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

   Cumbernauld branch gave us chicken nuggets when vegan ones were ordered. Then claimed that they got an order for chicken ones. I haven't eaten meat in over 15 years. I wouldn't order chicken. My stomach is killing me after eating one, thinking I was safe to, and my blood sugars have plummeted. They need to fix their systems so that this doesn't happen ever again.

   The food was barely warm. The bacon on the burger looked grey. It wasn't great. And to be honest it wasn't cheap either. I would happily spend the same money eating out elsewhere for good hot food. BK used to be good too. Was so disappointed.
