   Every time we go via drive thru, doesn't matter if we pre-ordered on the app or how busy/quiet it is, we always get told to wait in a parking bay these days, and often for about 15-20 minutes for only one or two basic meals. I understand staff are overworked with online orders, but I think the branch should expand to take this into account and get more staff so one lot can work on online orders and another lot can work on sit in/drive thru orders. Longest we waited was 30 minutes after ordering in advance only one meal. :(

   Horrible experience. I placed my order just before midnight and it only arrived at 1 AM – one full hour just to prepare two simple cheeseburgers. When I finally got them, they were stone cold. I specifically asked for no pickles, and of course they still put them in. On top of that, two sandwiches and two fries were missing, and the drink spilled all over the bag, dripping onto my leg. The driver just shrugged and said “it’s leaking a little.” This is hands down the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever had. In just a few months, McDonald’s has turned into an unreliable, terrible fast food place – cold food, missing items, spilled drinks, and zero care.

   Drinks should be filled up to the top, especially after waiting 10mins to get my order. - fast forward to Sept 25 and they are now at it with the medium fries! Do you not make enough margin from the food as it is that you need to reduce the portion size!

   Went at 11.30pm and as per the opening hours listed on Google the store was still open. Was told rudely by one of the staff however to leave the shop as it was "only for takeaway drivers at this time and I could use the drive through if I want". Sorry, what???? If the store is open then let customers buy food. Appalling. Basically the staff being lazy and wanting an early finish. Ridiculous that I could not buy food from store (to takeaway) but if I had ordered from just eat I would have been fine.

   Nice place to eat. Very clean inside. Service in store was very slow. Had to wait 20 minutes for flood which was a shame. Toilets were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Shame some idiot eotkmsn was outside near to the delivery area smoking a spliff

   Boufing! Would have been better opening my bin and chucking £25 in it. Milkshakes melted and completely wrong. the meals were all over the bag and freezing cold. Won't be back I should hqve learned after the first time.

   Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had was shocked as never really had a poor McDonald’s but this was poor on every level.. everything was stone cold chips half full .. asked for 2 “quarter pounder” meals they put the 99p burgers in :0 with no sauce inside one horrible looking gherkin as of it had been dropped on the floor first .. terrible worst meal ever won’t be back anytime soon. Charged us for quarter pounders too ha ha
