   Service quite slow but that's not a bad sign as means busy. The mixed meat satay on skewers with fried rice was very tasty. The spring rolls however were small and a bit greasy. Would certainly get the satay again. Parking not great.

   Tonight I ordered a chicken chow mein, when it arrived I realised it had mushrooms in and I am allergic to mushrooms, I called the shop, and the staff were very helpful, they sent me another one without mushrooms, and it was amazing. Can highly recommend chungs. Thank you for your help guys.

   I have just done a order on just eat when the food was delivered it was cold chips looked as if they had been lying around when I phoned to complain the female person told me that she had made the chips so they could not be cold and were just made before delivery. When this person went to speak to the manager I could hear him being very abusive about me would not do my order again and cancelled it. The customer service from this place is terrible I have took the pictures of the chips ect. This was about the quality of there food so it seems that they can't take a bit of criticism about a delivery won't use them again and also waiting to get my money back and notified from just eat which I have not

   Has Chung's been taken over? Incredibly poor service and food quality. What was once by far the best in Hamilton has become sub standard. Last time the the delivery took 90 mins on a Tuesday night and the food was cold. It happens I spoze ... forgive them once. Tonight, admittedly a Saturday, delivery took over 2 hours, NOT the 45 minutes stated on just eat. Called three times and for over an hour was told "it's on its way now". When the good got here, beef curry was inedible - beef was pure rubber and stone cold. My wife ordered chicken fried rice with no sauce or gravy due to allergies and guess what, it was drowned in gravy. I mean swimming in it. Didn't matter though as it was stone cold too. What on earth has happened to this once great establishment??? Do NOT order food from here. Can not stress enough how poor it has been. Shame.
