   so been a customer for over 6 years ordered all of last week over phone paid with card . tonight refused delivery told has to be over 17 pounds . which is okay if that's how you run business tajts acceptable but asked for clarity because I order her wall of last week and don't spend 17 at times and paid just fine . asked for clarity . was told I can pay on person with car or online but not over the telephone for amounts less than £1700. so what you are saying you accept cash and payments but force your customers to shop online . or decide to show and change rules . which is entirely on your remit to do but inform your customers on your website and don't take payment over iPhon wels In a row and then decide you won't . inform your customers atte this in your website that you don't nto take orders.over the telephone and payment . also your food is delicious but you need your customers more than they NEED you. tonight just because you chose to not explain why one time you take payment over phone next time you don't , and then hung up on me you have lost a customer. now.i m sure you will survive in business without me but in the meantime .I'll pay over the phone elsewhere since you don't have respect for your customers. clarity and respect go along way . it's your rules you make them up but you tell your customers then their choice whether they support your business and family . so thanks for letting me know , demonstrating this customer focused attitude . and pint of fact I had no problem adjusting order to.reflect your demands but your attitude of person on phone stinks and void of respect. if you don't know how to inform your customer on phone put it in plain sight on your website . and in business it's more expensive to get a new customer over retaining one. and that's how quickly you lose decade of business .

   I have just ordered a chicken korma , plain nan and 2 popadoms, same order as I always make. They sent me chicken pakora, nan and popadoms. Wrong order! I called and told them the mistake Only to be told there was no mistake? I said to them bring me my korma and pick up the pakora, only to be told they don’t take food back and if I want a korma, I need to pay the £8.90 extra? For their mistake? I said again, I ordered a chicken korma and nan mate??? I don’t eat pakora!!!! He argues, no you didn’t, I check with you twice. guy lied on phone sayin he said price back to me as well ?!?! No mate, you didn’t! absolutely disgusting service, Who orders a nan and pakora without a curry or sauce???? It’s the same order I make all the time I said check , He still says yeh you order same all the time but no mistake, Asked to speak to someone else, he said no one available out right LIARS £20 wasted AVOID

   Best butter chicken i’ve had in years. Also does the best garlic chapati’s Bbq chicken kebabs are banging aswell. Never been let down by the kirky mahal. 10/10

   Spent £25 only for them to demand 70p when we asked for pakora sauce, luckily a guy who was waiting paid for it and saved our embarrassment,they only except card with payment over £10....... won't be back!!!

   Worst I've had in a long time. Salt n chilli chips were overpowered with Chinese 5 spice. The chicken pakora was full of small pieces and tasted strongly of cauliflower. Sore stomach all day

   got a south Indian pizza on Friday night, the pizza arrived withing 17 mins of me phoning which made me wonder if it was even cooked. in the end the chicken was rubbery and unable to even eat. so much for it been back to its best

   Beautiful lamb garam masala, also Chana masala and chicken pakora. Lovely tender meat and decent sauce. My only complaint is the chips, I ordered chips but got fries. The portions weren't huge but overall I was impressed.
